That's got to be intrusive to the organization. We've got to get this dealt with. At the end of the day, both parties are very important to the organization. Whatever it takes, whatever's necessary, we need to have Jay Cutler's back and we need to have coach McDaniels' back.
We need to make peace. We have a talented team. I think the coaches have a good idea of what direction we need to go and I think it would be unfortunate to have a rumble like that.

Some people...
already have the mind made up, and had it made up when Shanny was fired and McD hired. They just want a reason to lash out and this situation has given it to them, even if it makes it look like they can have an informed opinion of their own….

I understand, for some, flexibility is not seen as a virtue. My dad taught me early in life @ the
Three Finger Theroy. When I point my finger at someone or something, and say thats the cause of my discomort,
I must remember—-I have three fingers pointed back at me.

More of this?
I’d love to hear more teammates telling these two to get things worked out. Not taking sides, just get it worked out.

Whose side is he taking?
To me, he is saying that they both need to get over it.

Great comment, Elvis!!
I’ve liked that guy since day one. Can’t wait to see how he fits in the new scheme and feeds off B Dawk. We get ourselves a stud NT, we’re gonna rock the grid.

Fire McBABY
I just cant believe that Coach Mc Baby wanted to trade Cutler without giving him a chance. I Say that turnabout is fair play. Why doesn’t Bowlen fire McBaby before he screws up the draft. He could then go down as the first head coach fired before he screws thing up. The offense wasn’t broke. Why is he trying to fix it? Im just scared too death of he was gonna trade Cutler for Cassel. A good coach always adapts to his personnel. no matter if they come from the Patriots or not.

Offense was good, not great, and very inefficient, so check your facts...
McD has earned my respect, so maybe check out both sides of the story before asking for someone to be fired.

Elvis Dumervil
has been the one bright spot on a dismal defense the last couple of years. Not only is he here and happy to be a bronco but he is working his tail off to make sure he contributes solid-ly as a bronco. If one guy besides DJ and Champ on this defense has earned his orange stripe it is DOOM. Classy to the end.

DOOM is one guy
I refuse to just “write-off” the starting roster at OLB. He has been proving doubters wrong his entire career, because everyone over-estimates the requirements for his position(s) and underestimates his desire to suceed. Last year sucks, but singling out DOOM isn’t productive, and if we really think that the thought of 2008 doesn’t burn DOOM and motivate him even more to perform, we’re kidding ourselves.

I agree
honestly I do think the boy could succeed at DE just because people say he can’t! DOOM has always got my attention as a fierce competitor and someone who is going to prove to you he can do things I mean didn’t he make it into the rotation at least his rookie year? the boy was never content to sit on the bench! Not only do i think he will do well at OLB but I think his sack number jumps to about 100 per game just to show people who is boss! Ha ha okay maybe that’s too much but still, you get the idea.

Yay! Sanity!
I kind of wish a bunch of the guys would get on a plane and go get Jay. Another bunch of guys can lock Jedi in his office until Jay gets there. Once they get there, they will be told that their choices are to resolve the situation for the good of the team or the BOTH get beaten to death by Ryan Clady.

Clady sits on Josh until Jay gets there
and then Harris, Clady, Powell, Polumbus, Crowder, Lichtensteiger, Doom, Kuper, and Dawkins watch with hungry expressions as these two resolve their differences.

It's a scary situation....
when a guy named “DOOM” is the voice of reason. ;-)

I'd like to see...
….Elway visit Cutler. Not to lecture or advise or even bring up the recent squabble. Just to talk bout playing QB for the Broncos, how lucky Jay is to still have his playing days ahead of him, and some about his rift with Dan Reeves and how (maybe) that seems to have been more of a big deal at the time than it really was, and how lucky he is to be working for Pat Bowlen. Just a little perspective on the years going by.

That would surely be nice.
Back in the day, Elway was a lot like what Cutler is today. He could teach this youngster a thing or two . . . provided that they don’t try to compare arm strength.

I know this seems far fetched, but maybe Pat Bowlen should call Dan Reeves
Here’s my thoughts, if anyone knows anything about dealing with Star QB’s (right or wrong it is Reeves), have him come in as a personnel consultant similar to what he did in Houston and help mentor McDaniels and Xanders, Reeves has ties to the organization but he doesn’t have a dog in the fight with McD and Cutler. Have him act as a mediator and try to get them on the same page. Reeves has a unique position of being an ex-player, long time coach and assistant, and knows how players and coaches react and feel.

Isn't that sort of like asking George W.'s advice on building international caolitions?

he's still around
I saw a comment the other day that went something like this:
That was a great OT win
Especially when Marc Wilson had the faders on the Bronco 8 earely in OT and the faders decided to run the rock and Dennis Smith forced a Marcus Allen to fumble the ball. The teams went back and forth until Wilson threw a pick to Steve Wilson. Where as everyone was thinking Denver would tie the Raiders Wilsons pick led to a Karlis kick with no time left.
If that isn’t BFSISD, I’ll eat my hat.
