my picks for QB...

enough already.. pull the trigger on this deal... Trade Cutler for another QB... I mean honestly, i wasnt a fan of the draft pick when we traded up to get him... I was wanting to trade up and get Matt Lienart...

So to make me happy, I have come up with a couple of trade options I would love to see happen...

Straight up... trade Cutler for Lienart... Id except that... yes Mattyboy has struggled somewhat, but I mean we know he is capable of leading TALENT to victories... trst me... he was just a bad fit in Arizona...

but I know some of us arent going to like that trade... so here is another guy I am VERY high on...

I know he is what... 3rd string at the moment... but I believe he is the best QB on his team...

The team... Packers... the kid??? Brian Brohm....  I know first hand being a Louisville kid myself what Brian is capable of... his SR year was absurd bc of the dumbass coach we brought in here at Louisville, but Brian has tremendous accuracy and leadership abilities... He is a winner and would make a great franchise QB...

please dont go after the raiders Jamarcus Russell or ANY OTHER QB for an SEC school... I am just not a supporter...

Brian Brohm and Matt Lienart top my list...

There is no "deal."

I prefer not to think with my gut, but it keeps rumbling that I’s best keep away from this mess and wait to see how Jay performs in camp with McD’s new system (i.e. I don’t see a trade happening, unless this really is the wrong universe I’m in, where Pork Chop Williamson is actually worth the keys he gets his monkey to randomly bang for a sweet banana treat).

If...

This is ridiculous to even consider at this point, but if we deal Cutler, I would hope we sign Jeff Garcia to a two-year deal and draft someone either this year or next. I wouldn’t mind taking a chance on Cullen Harper late in this draft to see if he can’t get his act together and I love to Jevan Snead who would be eligible in 2010. I guess it all depends on what McD thinks of Simms…

wow

getting Leinart would make me seriously question the Bronco’s judgement. He wasn’t just misused, he was terrible.

I see a pattern.

You are a St. Louis CARDINALS fan. Matt Leinart plays football for the Arizona CARDINALS. Brian Brohm played college football for the Louisville CARDINALS.

Obviously, this means nothing. It’s just an amusing (to me) coincidence. And, like poorboywilly, I would seriously question the judgment of the Broncos’ front office if we put all of our cards in either of these guys. I’d say to trade with Detroit for the #1 and #20. Pick Aaron Curry at #1, Mark Sanchez at #12, and Tyson Jackson at #20.

If the NFL ran on Monopoly money that would work....

Signing 3 first round picks would be impossible. Besides detroit needs talent on both sides of the ball, so trading both first round picks for one player wouldn’t make much sense.

No, see, I've signed 4 first round picks before in Madden.

That means that we can do it in the real world.

WAIT WAIT WAIT
but I mean we know he is capable of leading TALENT to victories.

If that statement is true why didnt he have the starting job in AZ?

Oh wait you said something to that…

… trust me… he was just a bad fit in Arizona..

WOW! The second best team in the NFL, with two STAR Quality Receivers and a decent defense. You HAVE to be a Cards fan if you want this trade cause the only one who wins is them. Jay plays in AZ he will win a super bowl. No I dont want Lienart. I told people he woudl suck coming out of college. I am a USC fan and watched a lot of him so I will stash my bet that he will still suck in five years!

I will not entertain much Cutler trade talk until

after I see what happens tomorrow. If he shows up, this issue may be put to rest. Until then, I am going to hold off on this. Just remember, winning cures a lot of ills. By the end of the season, I wouldn’t be surprised if Cutler and McD are best friends.

now i LOVE USC football....

but Leinart was halfway a joke there. Don’t get me wrong, it takes some serious talent to lead the BCS’ best team into national championships and all that junk…but the fact is USC has a knack for breeding amazing players, but for some reason quarterbacks just don’t flow out of there like water…

Sanchez though, that guy is pure gold. They would be stupid to NOT pick him up if they can.

Peyton Hillis in '09.

Name him---Mr. Balls....or Thunderpussy.
