Don't chase em, Replace em...Now that the mantra has proven true (once again), what are our best options?

Cutler to the ________, for _________ &_________?

In a way, I'm happier now.  I needed closure (sounds like relationship counselling, not that I've ever been...).  Alot of people involved needed closure. I thought McD had taken some positive steps forward in resolving the issue with Cutler, I was optimistic he would stay...wrongo bongo....he ain't. 

Honestly, I don't fault McD (too much).  I'm very disappointed in #6....I'm not a Hater, but I'm damn close right now...
