Interesing news, per Rotoworld:
Profootballtalk.com hears that LaDainian Tomlinson is not open to reducing his $6.725 million base salary.
The only way the Chargers can reduce Tomlinson’s cap number is by cutting his salary. They can turn some of it into a “signing bonus” and LT would be paid the same in 2009, but if he can’t set aside his pride because he’d make less salary than Darren Sproles ($6.6M), Tomlinson is going to get released.
Will SD be as potent offensively without him? (No.) Can they count on Darren Sproles, Mike Tolbert, and Jacob Hester to carry the load? (No.) Would you….?
I think this makes it clear that they will draft Knowshon Moreno in the first, if it wasn’t already.

They wont use him.
I mean they didn’t use him until the Colts playoff game and he got 1 carry for 0 yds against PIT the next week.
Total with SD: 5 car. 24 yds.
If the story on LT is true, I don’t blame him one bit. If I were him I would want to make less than Sproles either.
