TO - CYA
I was going to Fan Post the other day to remind the MHR bar that just because we've gone through some mild chaos the past few days, we're not the only NFL team with "issues".... Exhibit A. Dallas did what many around the league expected them to--release TO. For me, this is an attempt by JJ to improve the team's chemistry. I think they had to make this move, but I can tell you I'm not sold on Roy Williams being a true #1 WR. Tough times ahead for the Cowgirls. Can't say I'm not happy about that!
Other teams that are dealing with plenty of drama (this always makes me feel better about our situation)....
Eagles - Still can't get their hands on a real #1 or even #2 WR (DeSean is a slot receiver IMO). They also let their heart and soul walk away (Weapon X) and have done little in the FA market.
Redskins - Sure they made the biggest splash in FA with the signing of Haynesworth, but at what cost? Haynesworth ($41 million in guarantees), MeHall ($22.5 million in guarantees), and Dockery ($8.2 million guaranteed)... And what will the final result be? I think we all know the answer to that....
Cardinals - Almost lost Warner to a divisional rival and they still have to deal with Boldin's contract.
Add any others that stand out to you in the comments...But you get the idea. Harry Truman famously said many moons ago, "It's a recession when your neighbor loses his job; it's a depression when you lose yours." Things didn't go smoothly this weekend and for many that caused a great deal of angst. But just look around the league and you'll see there are plenty of other teams with their own "depression" going on...

Meet your next Bronco WR
Owens is going to resurrect his career with us. :)
sarcasm intended
I don’t want breakaway speed. I want break-some-poor-fool-as-I-bowl-you-over power getting 6 yards off a play that should have been stopped for 2 at most.

What's sad about TO...
is that he doesn’t get arrested, doesn’t do drugs (outside of the one his psychiatrist prescribes), works out like crazy, and can play (yes, he can still play…my favorite stat of TO from last season: 10 TDs. What did Marshall do by comparison: 6 TDs…
HOWEVER!!!! TO is a cancer…and last I checked, cancer ain’t cool….

Forgot to mention SD and the LT situation
Point well taken a lot of teams have drama.
"Me fail english, that unpossible" - Ralph Wiggum
"Duffman is thrusting in the direction of the problem" - Duffman
"McDaniels must go!" - Broncoman

Yep...
You could add the Jets (where the hell do they go now after the Favre experiement blew up in their faces), Titans (putting A LOT of faith in Collins, loss of Haynesworth) etc…
