7th rounder for Holt?
From rotoworld...
ESPN's John Clayton anticipates the Jets and Titans showing interest in Torry Holt once he's released.
Clayton thinks "two or three more" clubs will join the bidding. The Rams likely would take a seventh-round pick for Holt at this point, so if some team gets serious they could get him for cheap. He might need a new contract, though.
I think he would be a great addition to the team and the locker room. What do you guys think?

He would be a good addition!
He’s got a lot left in his tank. I feel sorry for him and Bulger with the line they were working with in Rams Country.

7th?!
as they say, “not just yeah, but HELL yeah.” the rams would be a horribly crappily run team if they let holt go for a 7th roun… oh, wait. never mind.
Definetley a great idea!!!
Having Holt around to mentor Royall and Marshall would be worth more than just about any 7th rounder. Especially since Royal and Holt are very similar players, and Marshall may be out with a suspension.

We Have Two So..
A seventh round pick for Torry Holt? Count me in ANYTIME you wanna throw away a player for that cheap!
7th Rounder?!?
Are you kidding? That is crazy cheap…the guy had 1600 yards in 2007.

Ive been hoping for this one since last week...Hell's ya! We need him now and next 2-3 years. Brandon needs a role model, and we need a great backup #1! It a match for sure!
7th round, we have 2! Give it up! Now that’s another great experience MOVE that would just add explosiveness/depth to our WR corp, and to the offense

Give it up NOW!!!!
bmarsh and holt on the outside with stoke and royal in the slot, sounds good to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hate the MSM. saying cutler wants out is taking his statement completely out of context!
Haha...No Way
All these receivers going for cheap draft picks these days…geez
We’ll see what happens. :)
Even though it may just be all speculation and might not be happening in Denver, I have to say it’s a lot of fun. Three cheers for the off-season! :)
Damn...I think Im actually going through FA withdrawal? Havent signed anyone in a week....gotta have another one????lol

Yeah...lets sign some people. Wright, Holliday and Holt...lets go already!
Those that cant coach, compete!
Failing to plan is planning to fail.
Let's get you inside the Broncos organization :)
I’ll be guaranteed to get my free agent fix then!!!!!!!!!! :-D
Good stuff.
DO THIS!
I’d have given a 3rd rounder for this guy. 7th round? Damn straight . . . GET IT DONE!

Where does gafney fit in this picture
We just sighned him and if we were to pick up holt we would be paying a 5th reciever with no upside longterm 2.5 mil. This lead me to think it wont happen although it would be a beautifull thing.
ESPN rumor central don't have the Broncos listed as an "interested" team
This is disheartening considering how badly I want this guy to be a Bronco. The teams that made the cut for being interested are: Titans, Bucs, 49ers, Steelers, Eagles, Jets, Giants, Jaguars, Lions, and Ravens.
Given ESPN's track record....
maybe that’s a good sign.

go for it
Torry Holt is:
- a proven winner with superbowl experience
- an upstanding citizen (influence Marshal maybe?)
- not THAT old
- worth more than a 7th rounder
