OT - The latest on MHR Radio and MHR HQ and a request
As some of you know, and most of you don't, I am building a room in my basement that will become the hub of operations for MileHighReport and MHR Radio. I am happy to report that this job is nearing completion with most of the drywall work completed. This has obviously taken a huge amount of my time, time I usually have to be running things here on the website, as well as the podcast (MHR Radio). Fortunately for all of us, I have the best staff of site contributors anywhere and most of you hardly noticed my absence. That, my friends, is a good thing.
I wanted to to take a few minutes, however, and give you a few updates on what is happening with MHR Radio and also make a request of you.
First, with MHR Radio, I want to apologize for the issues we have been having with the podcast. Until I get those issues worked out, and get myself moved into my new space I will be putting the show on hiatus. I think it is for the better right now and will allow me to create a better show once I come back, hopefully in a few weeks. I appreciate all the support you have given me and the show and dedicate myself to coming back stronger than ever.
Next, a request. As I stated, I am building a room that will be a space for me to blog, do the show, watch film and do all the things I need to do in order to run the site. I wanted to find a way for the community to be a part of that and I think I may have thought of something.
If you have any type of Broncos memorabilia, anything at all, that you would like to donate to the MHR HQ Community Wall, please email me at milehighreport@gmail.com. I'd like to create something similar to the background you see behind the PTI guys that is full of Broncos stuff. Obviously I'm not looking for your cherished John Elway autograph, but if there is anything else you have, a TD Towel from a game, an old pennant, anything, that you'd like to send my way to be proudly displayed please let me know.
Anyway, that is the latest. I once again want to thank my contributors for keeping the ship afloat and all of you for being the best fans in all of sports!!!

Thanks Guru!
This has truly become the ELITE Broncos site in the world, and not to piss in your pocket too much, you are the one of the biggest parts of MHR’s success.
You dont owe any of us any explanations, but it is this attitude of keeping us all in the loop, and making sure that every one of us is a stakeholder in this site, that makes it the remarkable and professional site it is.
I am a pretty blunt, no nonsense person, but you, Doc, Sty, NYC, TB, Zappa, Mdierk and HT deserve major kudos.
You will have my support, and call on me with anything I can ever do personally to help out.
Rock on Guru….my only request…..play some more Ramones on MHR Radio!!!
Peace my friend!

Hmmm....
Do I dare part ways with my cherished old school replica Bronco helmet? I haven’t been able to wear since I was like 8…. lol My wife would love to see it go…
Let me think about it.

Dude....
It doesn’t have to be anything of monetary or sentimental value. Just something you want to be proudly displayed on my wall, that I can brag about during the show….

All my Bronco stuff has sentimental value. lol
I am willing to part with it though, since it just sits there gathering dust. ;-)

I never bought any Cutler crap. heheheh.
I have a rule…never buy player gear unless they are retired or indisputably a Bronco for life. :)

Faces On Sticks
Anyone have a way of making giant blow up prints of the faces of players we can put on popsicle sticks? Does that violate the players rights to his image?
Good idea…I think I have a Bronco Brick in my closet somewhere…

Just an Idea!
It would be sweet to put the ring of fame all around the room like the stadium has. I haven’t read anything about donations to this cause, Have I missed them?
I have an old Super Bowl XXXII flag that I have no Idea were it came from. It’s about the size of a car windshield. I would be happy to donate it to the wall.

We don’t have those out here in California because of earthquakes.

I want a Broncos man cave.
::jealous::
Anyways, I’ll look around for ya Guru. My mom and dad saved pennants from old Mile High. They have a ton! I’ll see if I can get a few out to you.
This is probably going to be a stupid question, but are you doing a tv show or something?

For all you have done, for all you continue to do, and for simply being the best quarterback of Bronco fans ever. I might be able to come up with something for the wall.

Gonna miss you like everything
on your program, JB. But thanks for your dedication to this. You have made our Broncos experience better for all of us, IMO, and I look forward to its being even better yet.

What man actually needs is not a tensionless state but rather the striving and struggling for some goal worthy of him. What he needs is not the discharge of tension at any cost, but the call of a potential meaning waiting to be fulfilled by him.

I have a 1997 Championship T shirt...
It has TD in front with the ball in his hands, Elway is behind him. I can’t make out for sure, but it looks like Darrien Gordon (#23) on the left. I’ve worn it about 3 times – washed it about the same. I just need an address.
It is good for me to give something back. I am on this site daily. I love the posts, the comments and the banter.

When I think this website is the best, you just go out there and top yourself once again Guru. While I will miss the show, I know it will be worth the wait. Thanks Guru.
