A question concerning Brandon Marshall.
Has anyone heard that Brandon Marshall might want out of Denver? I was looking around SBNation and noticed a fan post over at Big Blue View, the Giants site. People over there were discussing the possibility of picking him up in a trade. Not that I buy it, but they seemed to think it was real because Marshall thinks Orton would be a big step down from Cutler. (Sorry, I'm just not technosavy enough to create a link).
Is there any truth to this claim or is it just more off season wild speculation?

I’ve heard some rumors that Marshall may want out of Denver as well because, let’s face it, who wants to go from Cutler to Orton. This is pure speculation, but I would prefer Marshall over Edwards, Boldin, or Ocho-Cinco. I would consider him a cross between Edwards and Boldin. He has the youth, height and speed of Edwards and the route-running, hands and toughness to break tackles of Boldin (not necessarily to the degree of these players but you get the point).
No matter who JR goes after (I think it’s a no-brainer that he makes a trade for a premier WR), I was thinking about the possibilities of the team after a trade and the draft. I find it doubtful JR would give up more than a 1st and 2nd/1st and 3rd/1st and two 3rd’s or something of that nature. I may be dreaming but, hypothetically, JR trades the 29th pick and the 60th pick for Brandon Marshall and leaves the NYG with the 45th pick, 91st and 100th pick. Figure that Kenny Britt, Percy Harvin, Hakeem Nicks, or Brian Robiskie hangs around till 45 and JR grabs one, perferably Harvin if we get Marshall. Then, JR could take some LB/OL/DB/TE depth with the 91st and 100th pick and the rest of the draft.
For me, this would be the ideal draft for the Giants.
29- Brandon Marshall trade
45- Percy Harvin, WR/RB, Florida
60- Brandon Marshall trade
91- Tyron McKenzie, OLB, USF
100- Xavier Fulton, OT, Illinois
129- Cornelius Ingram, TE, Florida
Pure speculation, but since the consensus is that JR will go out and get a premier WR, I want to know what everyone thinks the draft will look like after?
I don't want Marshall gone!
he’s way too freaking valuable to Denver right now, besides, he made it very clear who he stands by on that NFL Network clip. He’s a Bronco.

hmmmmn
I don’t think we’re going to start trading away all our players just because some talking head decides that’s our plan.
Trinidad....according to a vision seen by Panff,
while Horvil Tiki was preparing his famous Ribs, Brandon will be a force for us this year!!

B-Marsh seems like he wants to stay
“Mr. B has a couple rings. I believe Coach McDaniels has a few as well. Jay and I don’t have any, I’m going to follow the guys wit the rings…it means nothing to throw for 4500 yards and 25 TDs if you don’t win. Kyle’s a proven winner”
This is what I can remember of an interview Rich Eisen of NFL Network did with B-Marsh after the Cutler trade. Sounds to me he’s excited to be here.

That fan says “I’ve heard some rumors” and then “this is pure speculation”…
It’s nothing more than message board fodder.

the real bmarsh question is when are we going to hear about his suspension?
im thinking it will be max 4 games which lucky for us we start the season off against the worst teams on our schedule
Well...
If we dont hear anything before the draft I am thinking no ban.
If they suspend him AFTER the draft you will have some pretty pissed fans!

Let's Get Them Talking
Quick someone speculate that the Giants defensive line enjoys river rafting and with Spagnuolo gone would like to come enjoy the mountains of Denver.
That and Eli has always wanted to play with his brother and the Colts have offered to convert him to WR.
I read that at Profootballtalk.com....or ESPN....or something.....or my souurce....is he your source too.....oh nop, now everyone knwos its a he!!!!!

This Should Get them Going
I was just talking to “him” and he says that any day now the Giants are going to announce that without Plaxico it doesn’t make sense to pay Eli anymore. So they have offered Eli to Denver for their 18th and Simms bringing the son of their greatest QB home to NY.
nice
now after they run with that for a while, post a link (rick roll) supporting the rumors.

Len Pasquarelli is reporting......
That Chris Simms will only play in the wildcat formation for the Giants and Eli Manning is coming to Denver……but as highest paid long snapper in the history of the game!
