Yes, this is the Jason Peters who made the Pro Bowl over Ryan Clady despite allowing 11.5 sacks and being charged with 8 penalties in 13 games (Clady was charged with 3 penalties and 0.5 sacks in 16 games). NFL - The Bills agreed to terms with RB Dominic Rhodes to a two-year deal.
