If anyone knows what his contract looked like with the broncos last year could you tell me

he was still on his rookie CFA contract
he made:
2007: $285,000
2008: $370,000
He was due to make in 2009: $460,000
It cost us $7,000 in cap hit to cut him, so the trade off was definitely there, financially, but because of a neck injury it was doubtful we would have kept him, regardless of cap hit.
[note, all figures are estimates. Foolproof cap data is nearly impossible to find, so these numbers are probably off a little bit.]

glad Broncos cut him. showed some promise but was made of glass. Now we have a true running back in Knowshon Moreno
