Broncos cut LB Louis Green

The Broncos have cut linebacker Louis Green, who originally was signed to the practice squad in 2003 and joined the 53-man roster in 2004. Green was a standout on special teams, totaling 36 special-teams tackles over the past five seasons.

that’s it….I quit on this team. McDingleberry can suck it…I’m going wait for Shanny to get a job and like that team from now on.

Do you guys think this has been THE WORST OFF SEASON EVER?

Moreno sucks, Ayers sucs, Smith sucks…actually all our Draftees suck.
Dawkins sucks, Goodman sucks, Hill sucks, Fields sucks…so does Gaffeny. DAMN IT ALL OUR FA’s suck.
AND DONT THINK YOU GET OFF SCOTT FREE CFA’S….YOU GUYS SUCK TOO!
So does McDaniels, Nolan, Martinadle, Nunnely, Donatell……AND EVEN YOU DENNISON AND TURNER…THE FACT YOU DNT SUCK MAKES YOU SUCK EVEN MORE!!!!
I was so looking forward to another year of mediocity and BLAh play…but not now……BOWLEN YOU SUCK FOR WANTING TO TURN THIS TEAM AROUND!!!
Thats it….I am done with this team….how could I like any team that gets rid of Nate Webster, Marlon McCree, Marquand Manuel and Dewayne Robertson….
Man this team sucks!!!!

I agree, Larsen shouldn’t get any bigger. I am getting tired of his bone crushing hits knocking the pixels off my TV, once they fall to the floor they are very hard to find.

Louis Green was one of my favorites on special teams...

I always kept a spot for him on my Madden roster….what can I say. He’s a fan favorite…sort of like Leech. :)

gotta agree with Zappa here

never a high impact player but he did his job and made the plays he was supposed to. Also filled in nicely for a few games in 07.

yeah but...

that’s because he was one of only 2-3 guys who could/would tackle on special teams. Now that McD is prioritizing special teams we should have a lot more. We just had too many lb’s and lb hybrids to keep green around.

Ricky Williams torched Green for a TD

Green never turned around to see if the pass was inbound. ST standouts who can’t do a decent job of backing up the starters are easily replaced.

I am a Ricky Williams fan, but I don’t need to see him smoking our D at Mile High.
