Marshall: Bowlen Signals that Marshall will be Traded
"Clearing the Air…
"To whom it may concern. Life is filled with change, and where I am in my life now change is probably best. It’s hard leaving an organization ran by one of the best owners in all of sports, and someone who’s been there for me through my ups and downs. The hardest thing was hearing Mr. B wish me luck in the future, but we both came to the conclusion that this is probably the best thing for me to grow on and off the field.
"I thank the Denver fans who embraced my emotion and play on the field and showing me love every time I step outside my door."

I ... just ... don't ... get ... it!!!!!!
What is the real reason he wants to leave!?!? Driving me nuts…. =/
Thanks for the find, JeffG!
that powerful thing called money.
unfortunately this guy has no interest in talking to Rod Smith about loyalty.
"It means nothing to throw for 4500 yards, 25 touchdowns, and you dont win" -Brandon Marshall
I don't think they let him go unless they get what they're asking
A 1st and a 3rd (minimum) was the asking price for Edwards and Boldin.
I suspect the Broncos will demand the same — at minimum.
at minimum
are you kidding?
though marshall may be an equal talent to edwards, certainly not boldin though
hes probably going to be traded for somehitng less than a 1st and a 3rd
due to his continual problems off the field
The nfl is not based on loyalty. Owners have been basically having a “field day” with players at their expense. They were forced to pay during a settlement and these are the same people that can cut a player and not have to pay a contract BUT if that player is disabled and can’t play anymore they will use everything in their power to get that money back. They aren’t people rather they’re property and if they don’t stand up for themselves they’d be treated even worse. People make not like his actions, but he has a purpose for it. I don’t need to know what it is…I hope it works out for the best.

Yeah....right.
Poor multi-millionaire whining because the multi-billionaire won’t pay him more millions. Gimmie a freakin’ break. Your statement may have been true 20-30 years ago, but that argument has no merit anymore.
Verbose in style, dispersion of thought, procrastination in life.
