But didn't the latest legal issues actually happen before the suspension last year and were included/considered when the league issued the suspension? Wouldn't that mean he wouldn't/shouldn't/couldn't be punished again for the same thing? Up until these trade talks, I thought Marshall had been showing quite a bit of maturity.
- Despite the fact that he's been in the news frequently for off the field issues, he hasn't had an incident in a long time.
- He handled the Cutler thing with quite a bit of dignity, Cutler was just a QB who greatly favored him but he also appeared to be a friend, he could have easily made comments about the staff/owner etc but he played along well and looked like he supported McD and Orton.
I loved watching him play, though he was frustrating to watch. partly because he tried to force some things and partly because Jay tried to force some things. But either way it was a very intense watching experience for me. I'll be sad to see him go, if he actually goes.
I guess I've just seen a lot fo talk about him lately and I'm not sure what is fact or fiction. I just want to make sure all the details about his character are clear and understood.
