KCS - Arrowhead Stadium upgrade on track for opener
Hopefully this will change the Broncos' luck in KC...maybe a construction worker will bury a Denver jersey somewhere. A Boston fan buried a Red Sox jersey in the new Yankee Stadium as it was being built (it was unearthed by the Steinbrenner's at great expense), and the Sox have not yet lost to the Yanks this year...

Failing to plan is planning to fail.

American Needle
This case, referred to above AP – Supreme Court will hear antitrust case over team merchandise will have far-reaching consequences for the league and other business agreements among legal entities. I’m excited that the Supreme Court has agreed to hear this case. The NFL appealed the case only because of portions of the 7th Circuit opinion.

- Lower Court: United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, Case #07-4006, August 18, 2008. See http://www.ca7.uscourts.gov/tmp/OS0O6E6J.pdf
- American Needle has not filed any brief. They don’t need to. The NFL is seeking clarification and therefore a more “sweeping decision”, by having the Supreme Court address the 7th Circuit’s decision.
This is potentially a very big antitrust case.
