This ones for you; Wilcots and Dukes....Read 'em and weep!
Hey Evereyone,
Will try and keep this post short, but I wanted to point out 2 VERY good pieces from the FAN featuring Ebenezer Ekuban (who is no longer with the team)....Kudos to members Todd Jewell and HSFB Coach for the link and information. The link can be found here.
Basically, Eb has nothing but praise for McDaniels and what he is bringing to Denver.
Coming on top of this, is a great blog by Jim Saccamo from the Denver Broncos. Please go and read this here. Now, I know Jim's job is to put a positive spin on what's going on with the Broncos, but this is a guy that has been around football for 35 years, so I will take his word on things.
He speaks of the enthusiasm bouncing off the walls at Dove Valley. How it is a fun and infectious place to be around, how enthusiastic Pat Bowlen and Josh McDaniels are, and what a great bunch of coaches that are some of the most "dynamic" he has seen in all his years.
Now, remember, Wilcot's hole argument of why the Broncos will suck is that there is no confidence in the building, the players are not buying in....this on top of the fact that we dont have a 1st round pick next season.....lets not even go there.
Jamie Dukes whole argument is based on the fact that the players are not going to play for McDaniels....interesting that one of the guys he cut said he would be stoked to play for Coach McDaniels and that the team is headed in the right direction.
So, take heart Bronco's fans......the only ones that are saying it has been a tough off season....and if I read that again I am going to damage something....are fans and the MSM. In Dove Valley, and amongst the players, it looks like the off season has been a GREAT one.
We lost Cutler, but Eb has a great perspective on this in his radio spot.
The off season is on schedule, and we will surprise.
And to Jamie Dukes and Solomon Wilcots, in the slight chance that you maybe actually educating yourself on OUR team, go do some research and stop purporting lies.....it is only making you look ill informed, uneducated and slightly stupid.
Hit me back with your thoughts

Hey boydy, I'd say you have hit the nail on the head.
I’m not at all sure of the mass misinformation on the Broncos by
msm and others this year—-or why nfl network and crew have a bur
under their saddle………but I believe they will be choking on their word,
come Dec.
Strickly my opinion—but its looking good so far…

On Ekuban
My Dad met him once in an airport in Mexico. Funny thing, they were both doing missionary/charity work.(Ek was playing for Dallas at the time). Anyway, they got to talk for awhile. My Dad said that he was a polite man and exuded class. No wonder he had nice things to say.

MSM? Half-truths? Uninformed Reporting?
Surely you jest.
I thought we should take these guys’ words as gospel truth since they are paid, professional reporters.
I’d better stop, my daughter (who is also a broncofanatic) is spitting water all over my keyboard as she reads over my shoulder.
Great article.

Nice one Boydy
Ek was always came across in reports as a highly thought of team mate and respected vet his opinion is pretty validating.
I would like a place on the MHR site where we can link and store every highly critical article of the Broncos that is not backed up by good clear reasoning but purely emotive and bias crap from the MSM, then at the end of the season we send all these links to the original authors along with some of their competitors for comments (im thinking of someone like the guy who runs profootball talk hes super sensationalist but he would probably do a good job of push most of his competitors opinions back in their faces.
Just a thought.. anyho how was your NZ camp or you not been yet?
we can

Thanks boydy
Really enjoyed the Ek link. Both Ek and Sac have always been class acts. Plus it’s refreshing to get positive vibes not matter where they come from……

Thanks for the heads up
on Jim Saccamo’s article. That’s easily the most convincing argument I’ve heard thus far on how team morale actually is inside Dove Valley. Most of us probably guessed and crossed fingers, but I’m glad to hear it so forcefully said that the team and coaches are enthusiastically taking to the changes. Sure his job is PR, but I seriously doubt he’d go so far on a limb if he didn’t believe it. Thanks again! Rec’d!

Thanks for the links!
That was a great article from Jim!
It’s been said here before as well, who cares if no one outside Dove Valley ‘believes’ the positive attitudes exist!? All the more advantage to Us.
As for Double E – It’d be nice to see Josh reach out to him and offer him a chance, I always liked the Ebenezer and Elvis combo, Doom and Double E…. Great reads and thanks again Boydy!
First team to three consecutive SB wins!!!! and then some, right? I think four and we oughtta let someone else have a fair shot : )

Thanks Boydy
Hadn’t seen the Sacco entry, but I heard Eb talking about McDaniels the other day. I’ve been a huge fan of Ekuban’s since he got here. He should have been the starter all of last season.
