McDaniels watched the quarterbacks — who you might have noticed yesterday are wearing new orange practice jerseys — for much of practice. He pulled rookie Tom Brandstater aside on several occasions to give him pointers on his footwork.

**Hands McGeorge a cookie**
Eat this…it will make you feel better. :P
I don’t want breakaway speed. I want break-some-poor-fool-as-I-bowl-you-over power getting 6 yards off a play that should have been stopped for 2 at most.
Is that one of papi's cookies...
or one of posternutbag’s????
Either way, I don’t recommend taking the cookie mcgeorge….

Well . . .
McDaniels seems to go well beyond his role as Head Coach. Most of them make themselves scarce when it comes to teaching quarterbacks. It’s coming clear now why he has had so much success with QBs. I really expect Orton to have a breakout year, and a big reason for that is McDaniels . . .
Never argue with a fool, lest you take on his appearance. - my daddy
As I have said before
I am liking McD more and more every day. I am glad camp is here so I can really find out more about him. I like the fact that he takes on a more one-on-one approach with players. He lines up with them on the field.

2009 NBA Finals MVP Kobe Bryant
What I like
Is that the HC is working directly with the QBs. Second, I had posted an article a couple of weeks ago about the importance of footwork in an NFL QB, and this fit in with it. But the most important aspect is having a hands-on HC – It’s been a while

We wouldn't, or I should say, he wouldn't have it any other way.
The guys awesome.
