Hey everyone, I just created a new online league called BRONCOS COUNTRY. Password is: mhr

Join my league and lets have some fun.

Madden 10 so far is taking me some getting used to. Ive already lossed 3 in a row in ranked online action. I'm not used to losing like that. lol. Tavaris Jackson sucks in the new game and Kyle Orton is suprisingly not bad. I was a bit suprised to learn that K Moreno's speed is only a 86. I thought he was much faster then that.

all day every day baby. Although, MGS Online sucks and fails horribly, the campaign on MGS4 is a blast.

What’s everyone’s thought on the game so far?

My pros and cons:

Pros:
-I like the new DL controls…although it seems harder to get to the QB. Maybe I just need to master them.
-You can’t just run around with your QB and wait for WRs to get open anymore.
-KnoMo is good…very good.
-Orton isn’t too bad.
-Much more methodical play…can’t just huck the ball downfield every play.
-Running game seems improved.
-QB sneak isn’t 100% effective anymore.

Cons:
-Adjusting to the new playbook.
-Some of my favorite plays don’t seem to work nearly as well.
-Why are the Broncos an 82 offline and an 70 online? Grrrrrrrr
-I HATE the first down measurements…but at least they don’t make you sit through the challenge replay anymore.
-I don’t like the music as much this year. Actually it’s mostly bands that I like, but I always enjoyed the little known indie bands that Madden always featured. This year is mostly well known bands.
-The game seems to glitch (hiccup) more often than last year’s version.
-How do the Broncos only get two our of three stars for WRs? And one out of three for coaching and QB?

Anyway, it’ll take some time to adjust to the new game speed and some new controls. The jury is still out for me.

So far so good for me.

My biggest thing is adjusting to the playbooks. I agree with you that the old bread and butter plays aren’t so bread and butter anymore. Thats really all though.
