Thanks NYC
I saw the Titans hit the scoreboard. Jerry has to move it. All we need is for some critical play to get involved with the scoreboard.
Tis better not to throw it to the deep receiver but the open receiver.

sigh
So in both the Stapleton and the NFP post, they claim that Marshall has been “relegated to the scout team all week”.
No mention of Dawkins on the scout team on Thursday, or McDaniel’s explanation that “everyone plays on the scout team”.
Guess it’s just easier to portray Denver as a “team in disarray”.
Whitlock is correct, the Chef O line looks simply awful. Cassel’s in for a loooooong year. But, then again, if the Chef D can’t stop the run any better than that, he won’t be on the field that much anyway. Faaav-ruh sucked- Minnesota shouldn’t have bothered playing him.
Thanks nyc!

"Faaav-ruh sucked..."
Especially compared to the apparently worthless Jackson. Guess he just needs more time with his receivers. Or not.

Marshall
Mike Klis (second story from the top of Tracks) points out how odd it is that marshall didn’t make the trip. He also says that things changed between Marshall and the team after his agent visited Dove Valley on Tuesday. I’m thinking Marshall has been traded and they’re just waiting to announce it until after it’s been finalized. But who knows.
He felt like the man who drew the first circle. Perfect, and complete.

Could be, or
could be that Klis is doing what a few other reporters have done, make a lot more out of something than is actually there. His column was entirely full of questions, with no answers. What kind of reporting is that? I’ll wait for someone who can actually find answers.

I hope you're right...
Because if it was a punitive measure, I don’t think that would work with Marshall…. He’s immature enough to self-destruct to the benefit of none.

Why should Brandon Marshall come to a pre-season game if he doesn't know the play-book?
I’m not too worried about this. I think we’ll re-sign him after he shows us that he’s not going to get into any more trouble.

It's hard to speculate on a trade
When there’s no film on him this year in an actual game. Any team interested would probably like to see some assurance that he is good to go, or at least proof that his hip will be fine.

man!
I hope Klis is more encouraging to his high school kids at home than he is in his writing.
Otherwise, he’ll probably be removing all optimism and hope for the success of his children.

Going to the game today
Never seen the Broncs in person; even though it’s preseason I’m super stoked for it! Wish Marshall and Dawkins were going to play, oh well. I’ll be sending “no interception” vibes down to Orton as hard as I can. It’s going to be weird walking toward Qwest wearing the visiting team’s jersey…usually I’m going down to Safeco in my Mariners gear. LET’S GO BRONCOS!

He's too inconsistent.
He has one good game, then the next week he has a bad game. If I was a Viking fan(thank goodness I’m not), I would not want Tavaris at QB. That’s just my opinion though, he might turn things around and become a bit more consistent in his games.

Thanks!!!
You know, I tried to go to ‘Field Gulls’, the SBNation Seahawks site to try to facilitate some game discussion and you have to endure a 48 hour ‘get familiar’ period before you can post.
What’s up with that? If my intentions were to troll, I’d be very committed now.

I've only been to 4 or 5 other SB sites
and so far, none of them can hold a candle to this site, as far as content.
