"Not only is it unacceptable, it’s unconstitutional."

# Alabama - "High Cotton"
# David Allen Coe - "You Never Even Called Me By My Name"
# Hank Williams, Jr. - "A Country Boy Can Survive"
# Alabama - "Song of the South"

Agreed.
Both my parents listen to pretty much only country, but I got tired of it. Though after being a Matt Hughes fan for years “A Country Boy Can Survive” always gets me pumped. But country just doesn’t see a natural workout music selection. Need some hard rock/metal.
Suppose for cowboys like my dad it may be.

ahh...
that’s the playlist I grew up with! My daddy was, and still is, a country boy. :-)
Joe Sakic was pure class, win or lose, at all times.

The first and last on the list? Totally acceptable.
The rest can be eschewed as needed.
So LaMont is two-thirds right, I guess.
One day, David Backes and Albert Pujols will combine forces to become the most awesome piece of violent force known to man.
when it comes to country, the older it is the better...

yeah this crap about Gretchen Wilson and Carrie Underwood has me pretty upset.
I’d say the last great country artist was Garth Brooks.
Oh I love me some Garth I tell you what.
Peyton Hillis is also referred to in early Greek mythology by his other names such as Zeus or Poseidon.
Honestly?
I mean, who wouldn’t pay to see Carrie Underwood… wait, shes a singer?
Lady, you want me to answer you if this old airplane is safe to fly? Just how in the world do you think it got to be this old?

Both optimists and pessimists contribute to the society. The optimist invents the aeroplane, the pessimist the parachute.

Garth Brooks
is definitely the last great country artist. I had hoped to see him in concert someday, but then he retired. Ugh! I’ve always been a fan though.
