It may not be the Broncos, but it is football and it matters! The Tennessee Titans and Pittsburgh Steelers kick off the 2009 season sometime tonight, after the concert ends. Anyway, come talk about the game here and ENJOY!
Oh yeah, because of the game, no MHR Radio tonight. We will have a special edition on Saturday Night, time to be decided!

I'm happy to watch football
sad that our local affiliate is broadcasting the freakin Fish instead of the Broncos. But hey, at least I might get to see former Griz RB Lex Hilliard play special teams.

I can handle some stuff. The over-the-air HD signal is bad…fine, I’ll stream online.
Collinsworth telling me that Tennessee will blitz, only to see them rush four…I lol.
But then the “Stay Tuned” screen comes up in place of commercials. I’m streaming the game on the Media Center PC, and I’m a little bit obsessive about keeping the mouse cursor off the screen. So what does NBC do? They put a little cursor on the “Stay Tuned” screen to be all digital and stuff.
Of course, I see it and think “hey, when did my cursor show up?” So I re-activate the mouse, only to see the REAL cursor start moving around.
Why, NBC, why? Why would you do this? It’s going to drive me crazy all night!

Ben might prove this year

I missed the 2nd half, came home a little while ago, saw Adam Schefter reporting something about a Troy injury, “doesn’t look good” etc. No mention of it on the NBC broadcast?
