Don't boo Kyle, boo our receivers - enter KennyMac

As heralded as our receiving corp has been, they were not getting open on Sunday.  They just do not seem to be creating separation on a consistent basis.  Credit Orton for doing what JC never did, having the stones to throw the ball away when nobody's open.  Part of why nobody was open apparently is due to the fact that the Browns were dropping 9 guys into coverage at times.  However, we all know Marshall is inconsistent as a route runner even when he's giving 100%.  Stoke has lost a step.  Eddie has been knicked-up all season.  That leaves Gaffney as our most explosive and consistent option - and he's playing with a broken thumb.

Enter the Oakland Raiders - a team with one of the most athletic secondaries in the league.  Look, Fatmarcus Tussel is aweful and I think our D will eat the raiders alive.  However, the raiders present a lot of tough match-ups due to their speed and athleticism on defense.

My proposed Solution -  Bring in KennyMac.  Kenny McKinley has not played - that I have seen - and I saw some real flashes from him in the preseason.  He's probably the fastest receiver we have.  He's a polished route runner and he has good hands and great quicks.  Look, I am not questioning JMac - but it would seem to me that McKinley would add some explosion to our offensive stew - a deep threat that I think could stretch defenses and test a raiders team that will likely play a lot of man to man.  I don't care how good you are, you can't cover that little dude for 60 minutes man on man and we should use him Sunday against the raiders.
