NFL network

Thanks for all the hard work you do, NYC. Seems like the MSM has gone from bashing the Broncos to ignoring them.

Does anyone know when NFL network is re-playing the Bronco game? Their website, and the guide on TV only show that they are re-playing games tonight, but not which ones. I guess I’ll set my DVR to record all of them and delete the ones that are not the Broncos. Annoying!

Broncos move up to #25 in the power rankings!

I hope we keep flying under the radar. Of course we “won with a miracle” (even though we shut out the Bengals for 59 minutes) and we beat the lowely Browns, so we can’t be considered any good…can we? He failed to mention that the Vikings also have only beat the Browns and Lions, neither one convincingly, but moved up to #4 on the rankings. It’s just too hard for these people to abandon their preconceived notion of how bad the Broncos should be.

And for Raiders fans too

(Hah hah). Comment from one on the SFGate Silver and Black blog:

We are fortunate to be playing in the worst division in the NFL, so that we can play these jokes twice each (Chiefs/Broncos).

We’ll see about that buddy.

Thanks NYC,

Here’s an idea for the Jaguars. Since they can’t fill the stadium with their mediocre team, and they think Tebow will somehow fill it for them magically they should try this. Move the entire Jaguar staff and team to the NCAA in place of the Gators(stadium capacity just under 22,000) and replace the Jaguars with the dominant Gators who could field a competitive team, already has Tim Tebow, and most likely could fill the stadium. Just a thought…

Defense

I find it amazing that McD said Denver didn’t have the players last year for a 4-3 and Shanny found out they didn’t have the players for a 3-4. The question then begs “what was Shanny thinking?”

My Guess

is that they were transitioning to a 3-4 the last few years and didn’t know it.

when ekuban and engleberger are your starting DEs, you don’t have the personnel to run an effective 4-3

not to mention webster at mlb (lol) or our safety “tandem” last season

Marshall better listen to what a HOFer says.

Elway knows what he is talking about and if I was Marshall wanting a big payday and a new team I would be out there doing the very best I could. What a stupid bone-headed fool. Suspend him again and bring on Lloyd who actually acts like he wants to play.
