Spencer Larson... Hmmmm.....
I was just discussing the Broncos injury situation with my buddy the Packers fan and I was telling him about Spencer Larson. On the surface, his injury sounds harmless enough - the dude slipped in the shower and injured himself. My buddy laughed and asked me, "what the hell was he doing in the shower BEFORE the game?" If you think about it, it really doesn't make much sense... What athelete hops in for a quick rinse moments before they're about to get incredibly filthy and sweaty playing the game? Right? Kind of odd.... Does this strike anyone else as really weird? There has to be something more to this, right?
Perhaps he stepped in pee pee or something...

It was never stated he slipped in the shower.
It was stated he slipped in the locker room. When theres humidity and concrete, it usually means slipper surfaces.
Quit drinking the Kool-Aid and start drinking the good stuff, and everything is always alright.

Nobody has really stated his status that I can find.
Accidents happen and why in the world would they not have indoor outdoor carpet? Odd.

Do some players sauna to loosen up?
A truth can only be expressed and enveloped in words if it is one-sided. Everything that is thought and expressed in words is one-sided, only half the truth; it all lacks totality, completeness, unity.

We will likely never know the real story...
I’m pretty sure that McDaniels has put the kabash on any leak of what really happened…

This was what was reported
Larsen was going from the one area to the area of the training room. For sanitary reasons, you have a hard surfaces – usually polished concrete – in the training room, since you have to mop up blood and the like. As Spencer stepped onto the training room floor, his foot went out from under him, causing him to fall and injure his shoulder.

If you have every walked on smooth concrete with football cleats (not rubber obviously)
then you can understand how easy it is to slip and fall. I have seen it happen many times in college when I played, I have even almost gone down myself. I believe he was walking in the training room, not the shower.
