ST&NO 53 man roster!
Alright guys, Mine's pretty much the same as Ted's, but I made some changes. First you'll see that I have Robert Ayers starting over Haggan. The second difference is I have Vernon Fox making the team, and Tim Crowder going to PS or being cut. I know a lot of people are clamoring for Jarvis Moss to be cut or whatever, but after last nights performance, it's clear that the guy has it in him, I think he just needs some more coaching to make him worthy of a 1st round pick. You'll also see that I have Buck listed ahead of Moreno and Hillis. I believe that's what the depth chart will look like initially. I hope points are counted towards that also! haha. Here's my graph:

Six safeties? Fox?
And just three RB’s? Or did one get cut off the screen? I only see Moreno, Buckhalter and Hillis
A man does what he has to do, and sometimes it’s not what I believe he should do. There’s no reason to use up energy hating him for it. Shoot him if you have to, but don’t hate him.

Nah...I have Darius Walker on 4th string...
I don’t know why it cut off.
Also, I don’t know if Tim Crowder stays. Fox showed last night that he can make plays and he’s still got something left in his tank too. I think Fox has a lot to prove this year.

Is that because of the hit he layed on that guy last night?

wow
six safeties. 5 is plenty, the only reason we will have 5 is becuz of special teams. I posted the same thign on Ted’s. but
i think Mathias Askew and Lee Robinson make the team.

Nice
Mine would be the same except I would cut Fox and keep Chad Jackson. The dude has been running with the ones for three weeks now.

He's been running with the ones
But hasn’t really performed like one. You could see they were really targeting him early to see what he could bring. I’m not sure Chad will make the Active Roster.

I think Jackson saved himself a bit last night...
I know that block he pulled was a very minor detail in the grand scheme of it all, but I honestly haven’t seen a receiver do that since Marshall blasted that one dude in 07, and the only time I’ve ever seen it before that was when Eddie Mac tattooed that guy in the Super Bowl.
I don’t think Jackson makes the starting team, but he will make PS.

jackson has been in the league for a # of years so he wouldn’t be PS eligible
A truth can only be expressed and enveloped in words if it is one-sided. Everything that is thought and expressed in words is one-sided, only half the truth; it all lacks totality, completeness, unity.

I think you have to switch Hillis and Moreno
Maybe the kid takes over the position at some point, but he has to get his butt on the field and earn it.

I agree to a certain extent.
I think Knowshon’s few carries against SF spoke to how good he really is. I wouldn’t argue that Hillis has done more, and will probably score more RZ td’s this year. However, I wouldn’t take the RB depth chart as gospel, especially considering that the RB’s will spread the wealth pretty equally right off the bat. I think whichever back shows most promise within the first 3 weeks will get more snaps (as he should), but for the time being, I think it’ll be a RBBC type game plan for them.
