As promised, MHR University provides you with a link to the oral arguments before the Supreme Court on the American Needle v NFL case. Much more fireworks than I expected in the transcript. I'm now thinking the case may go back to a lower court with instructions, rather than having an outright ruling made either way. I still think (as I did before) that any decision will be narrow and incremental, rather than be a sweeping decision.
