Looking forward to an Air Force beat down of CSU today.
Would love to see CU play Air Force (once and/or every year). I think CU would learn that the state champion trophy they get for beating CSU would more than likely end up at the Air Force Academy.
Not sure which school whiffed on their coaching hire more: CU or CSU.

God I wish this guy was on our team. He would be perfect on our team, I think. But, oh well.
Perhaps

I don't think so
That really doesn’t fit with the way Green Bay runs to my understanding. They like to draft their guys and keep them.
Walton and Daniels both played poorly last week and they will really have their hands full Ngata.
Can we line up Graham between the two on passing downs? They’ll need the help more than Clady and Harris.

I hope they try Beadles...if there is no noticeable improvement...go get Mankins!

Walton was tipping the snap
in silent counts. They covered this on AFC Playbook on NFL Network.
Explains how our running game regressed so much, I think.
I missed that.
How was he tipping the snap?

Let's
defeat the Ravens, a team who I have all the respect in the world for. Hopefully, if we play really well, we can meet Baltimore again in the postseason. Anquan Boldin will have a big day against us, but Eddie Royal will be great for us. I can envision Matt Prater making a game-winning FG as time expires. Predicting final scores is for Italians who originate from Sicily (the Mafia). Since I’m an Italian from Lombardia, I’ll be more dignified and just say Broncos win!

We only had 19 total yards on offense at the start of the 2nd quarter...
This after the defense created a fumble of Chris Johnson late in the 1st. The Broncos have started slow a few times this year and it definitely puts a strain on the defense. Hopefully they have been working on this to rectify the problems because it is hard to play catch up. If we come out swinging a hit a couple of homeruns to start then I like our chances that the defense will do their thing.
This is a game where both the offense and defense can gain some respect from around the league. Right now, we are just other knowns…
Thanks John!
The Pearlman has it right. The 85 Bears are the greatest team!
Why can’t Woody just come out and admit he was completely wrong on Orton again in 2010.
It’s going to be a tough/great game in Baltimore. The top rated Ravens passing defense has given up a grand total of 476 yards this year. We need a great performance out of offense, defense, special teams, and coaching staff.
Go Broncos!
Ravens haven't played a good passing team this year
We’ll see what happens tomorrow, when they do.
Take it easy, but take it. Studs Terkel
The majority of the Ravens success leans toward the ferocious pass rush.
The Steelers burnt them a couple of times when the quartback (Hatch?) had time to throw the post pass. Time will be a factor this week and Kyle won;t have the luxury of standing too long in the pocket. Our OLines biggest test comes tomorrow…
Woody calls McD the master manipulator!
Which one is he, the pot or the kettle. He’s trying to twist this whole thing into a version of revisionist history where he didn’t start the Trade Orton rumors.
I liked the article, and I don’t know if Orton and McD were really having some issues in the offseason as Paige claims. But in any case, I like the way Orton responded.
I was telling my wife yesterday, I don’t care what team Orton plays for, I’m glad I have his jersey. I am a fan of the individual in light of his work ethic and attitude. I’m glad he’s with the Broncos, but with Tebow in the wings, I doubt he retires as a Bronco. I will root for Orton, barring some tragic change of character.

Can I have some guys "in the know"
talk about the running game in light of the information floated on NFLN that Walton is telegraphing the snap by dropping his head? It makes sense to me that that would cause the defense to be in the backfield by the time Orton gets the ball. Is it reasonable to expect Walton to break this habit after a week of practice? Could this singular tic be responsible for our abysmal running game? Is it really such a simple fix? I’m curious as to everyone’s take.

The chiefs....
Bill Williamson is on the chiefs bandwagon after 3 games. And the Broncos got little respect after winning 6 straight last season. That’s OK. Maybe some of our wins were sloppy. And 6-0 was a fluke, as evidenced by the 2nd half collapse. But KC has not seen a Broncos team this tough in a LONG time….. since the 70’s is my bet. Maybe ever. McD will get this run game under control. If you want to talk about improvements, look at the Broncos. We are physical in a whole new way. Baltimore will be the real test, and after tomorrow, we will know whether we can hope for playoffs or if we are sidled with the mediocrity of another rebuilding year.
In any case, I see the improvements in the chiefs, but can they really post the kind of turnaround it looks like they’re headed for? It’s only 3 games, guys, and the toughest part of the schedule is ahead.
