Where did these guys come from?
Half the time we do not listen to the school when players are introduced, but then I started to wonder and was pleasantly surprised at the starting lineups of the Broncos offense and defense.
The offensive line is the most glaring, only one big named school. But look at the number of others, WOW.

My main point is that our draft logic has been to go after big name school players.
but in reality, NFL players are born to play and take different avenues to their destiny.
I don't know if our draft logic has been to go after big name school players
The only group on that list that was fully drafted by the “Broncos” is the OL

Just out of curiosity...
Which offensive lineman did you think came from a “big name” school? I assume it is Ryan Harris from Notre Dame, but I would argue that both Boise State and Utah are bigger names than ND in recent years. Even including the time that Harris was with ND.
You can take the man out of Colorado, but you can't take Colorado out of the man.

Yeah I was wondering the same....
My guess was Boise or Utah over ND for sure. But I’m confused as well.
some of the lb ones dont look too big
but i still dont see any ‘Little Mary of Unicorn State’ Colleges up there

Maybe.....
the problem with the Denver D is that so many of them come from…..ahem……… “State Schools”.
There have been guys from smal Black Colleges who have done well in the NFL. But it does seem as if the larger schools – big enrollments and thus more dollars – are getting the players who are drafted in the first three rounds or so. I would classify teh schools in terms of the finances in teh athletic departments before I would the size of the “name”. Or even by the number of times the school is on TV…..
could be a great fit at backup ROLB
God knows we need some pass rush.
