i am sorry about my classness comment
i just want to say i am sorry about the classless comment i made at AP it was wrong and classless on my part what happen was last year i went on a semi rant on AP after the 44-24 game so i was trying to make them feel better when i did not know the info of both sides some of my teachers in high school have always said walk in the other person shoes
that one of the reason i crossbolg so i can try to know more about the other teams yes some people think i am a brown nosier i have dealt with that for 15 years or more i hated having my fan hood q that hurt it hurt because i plain my whole week around broncos football and at 3-6 i am disappointed in the year so far but things are looking up its maybe too late this year but this was a total rebuild job
from 2008 see the NE offense makes me uneasy as a football watcher not physical enough for me too reliant on the pass game yes we did run last week but if we did that earlier we would be 5-4 maybe 6-3 but maybe i need to change my thinking on that i am very sorry if i ticked some of u off i did not think before i typed

There is seriously no need to apologize
to ANYONE on this site, J-man. Your opinions are your own. If you regret the statement, take it back, but you should never be sorry for what you think. People who question your fanhood based on one simple statement made immediately following an emotionally charged game need to check themselves- I’ve seen far worse things written about McD, Bowlen, and the Broncos organization written on this site. Lastly, the reason I enjoy your posts so much is because you DO present the views of the opposition; I really don’t care if you sympathize with the opposing fanbase, because it’s very useful to know what they think of their teams.
I can’t recall ever seeing an apology from a Kool-aider, I’ve never seen one from the McGeorge camp, and I never want to see one from you. Just keep on being J-man.

I fully believe the reason McD didn’t grind out the run game until last week, is because Knowshon, Clady, Harris, and Kuper have all been hurt at varying times (some worse than others). Don’t get it twisted, McD does love the pass game, but at the same time, he strives for a balanced offense. I promise, he’s not as stupid as he seems sometimes.
In previous games, I heard criticism of McD for running at all, because it didn't work.
And when I say “heard,” I mean from myself.
I said that running on first down was playing Canadian Football because he was just throwing a down away. A running play was a guaranteed failure.
Now, on the other hand, and with an admitted sample size of one, the Broncos seem to be in a position to be successful with the run AND pass.
If this O-Line stays healthy, look the eff out.

There's no need to worry
Everyone can say something no one else agrees with. You are your own person and keeping something you want to say may only make you doubt yourself. You have too much going on to lose any self confidence. If someone is insulted or hurt they can always let you redeem yourself, and if they refuse, then they are selfish and you have no need to waste time on them. You’re always welcome at BFTB at least on my part. I’ve had Bronco fans I’ve run into at the bar that say things that make me want to punch them in the face or something similar, but I (almost) always end up shaking hands. We can’t live for other people so make sure you take care of yourself and you won’t have to worry about others wanting to make a negative impact on you. Keep up your posting j-man

No need to defend your fandom j-man
Being surrounded by many civil Chief fans, I know all too well the position of being a “brown noser” as some would call it. IMO you were just being a good sport which is terribly hard for many to do during a win, much less during a blowout. Fellow fans like you are one of the many reasons I’m proud to call myself a Broncos fan. In fact, if MHR did end of the year or end of the season member awards (which might be a fun idea) I can’t think of anyone more deserving to win the sportmanship category, and probably quite a few others as well.

Unlike you, they don’t know what class is.
McDaniels WAS classless for keeping his starters in and continuing to blitz when they were up four scores, especially since Haley pulled Jamaal Charles early in the 4th last year when he would have broken the single-game rushing record. This was also the game McDaniels ran off the field without shaking Todd Haley’s hand.
It was also classless to giggle and snap towels at each other on the sideline after a cheapshot on Tony Moeaki on an onside kick that left him with a concussion. I expect a fine to be issued for that hit next week.
You were right for calling McDaniels out. I wouldn’t shake that SOBs hand either.

that’d make such a great post over at arrowhead’s pride. it would get recommendations and back slaps and high fives and stir up a bunch of arrowhead giddiness. you should post that kind of stuff over there. at the chiefs site… over there.
I'm not sugarcoating this.
Come On Dawg!!! Get Your Head UP!!!
Saying things off the top of your head is part of being passionate. As a Raider fan, I can definitely say that you are as passionate as any Raider fan I know, which makes you 10 times more passionate than the typical Bronco fan… ;) Just joshin’ folks!!!

To all the AP (and the occasional Raider and Charger) commenters
Since I was one of the ones that initially brought up the topic about about j-man’s comments on AP, let me
assure you that there was no challenge of his fandom, just his judgment of putting those comments on AP instead of MHR. I felt, and still feel, that comments about the Broncos that would be perfectly appropriate on MHR may not be appropriate on AP, etc.
j-man’s apology above is to us,and is about that judgment. j-man has been an ambassador of good will to all the sites, and he deserves support, but he also deserves the right to negotiate his own place on his home site. Your comments here, though for the most part well-intentioned, need to be keeping any team rivalry out of the topic and need to be fully informed, or you may end up doing a disservice to j-man.
Out of respect for j-man’s unique place in the SBN blog universe, please keep these thoughts in mind.
Hater!
An attack on J-Man is an attack on the black hole, an attack on the sea of red, an attack on the bolts, and an attack on Philly Cheese steaks everywhere!
J-Man has earned that respect. You’re attempt at bullying is more of a disservice to j-man than Obama taking over health care. Get over it, J-Man is popular.
May God have mercy on your sole!
Hater?
You are being overprotective. J-man did not get attacked. He got called out.
I personally was one of those who used “brown nosing”. Now mind you, J-Man replied to my post and we came to an understanding. And I still stand by what I said, even though it has since been deleted.
What you guys fail to understand is J-Man is our crossblogger. He is our representative of MHR, and we all love him just as much as you do. I follow his crossblog posts every single week. His Bronco fandom has never been in question. Imagine if your main crossblogger called your headcoach classless. Im sure there would be words for them as well.
Calling our coach classless repeatedly was disappointing, but he apologized like a man. I guess there could be the argument about whether it was classless or not. But really it seems more people are miffed that J-Man had something even slightly negative said about him. I dont know about you, but “brown nosing” is pretty damn low on my insult meter. For me, J-Man is first another human, second another Bronco fan. And Im sorry, but I am going to call out ANY Bronco fan that calls his own coach classless when its not clear cut and dry classlessness.
I didnt want to reply to this, because like I said, J-Man and I came to an understanding and did not feel the need to rehash this. But labeling idahobronc a “hater” just because he disagrees with something J-Man did is silly.
Much love J-Man, keep up the great crossblogging. I personally meant no disrespect, if any was taken, I do apologize.

No worries J-Man
like I said, I always follow your crossblog posts. Its the only reason I even know whats going on in the other blogs haha. You have always represented us extremely well, we are blessed to have such an emissary. Everyone does things that others don’t agree with. That was the first time I’ve disagreed with something you said, and it was only strictly the classless comment. I saw what you wrote about last years game and how it affected the way you approached AP last week. Thats completely understandable. The only reason why I probably said something is because we had just got destroyed by the Raiders by a far greater margin, and we did not complain one bit about running up the score, we complained about our teams failures. So it was very disappointing to see AP going CRAZY over McD “running up the score”. I had more respect for them than any of our other rivals, but that kinda killed it for me.
that understandle
as i have learned every team fan base is diffent the Eagles are a real fun blog to follow PITT and cle and ne are cool as well

You have so much insight into the other blogs
you could probably write a guide to crossblogging. Such as what fans are more/less hostile, which fans have intelligent discussions, so on and so forth. It has to be very interesting for you to see all the different fanbases of SBNation.

All the respect in the world for you, man. I can see your side, but it sure got me fired up when it happened. I think that another thing that contributed to the whole thing is that two issues got mixed together; the lopsided score you alluded to, but also the handshake incident and the misguided, IMO, attempts to explain it. I missed poser’s comment; that would not have been my stand.
J-man
I’ll tell you this right now – you may be a Broncos fan, but I would have a beer with you any day of the week.

I forgot to add, J-man
that if I win the Samsung 3D, you can have it.
I have plenty of TV and I don’t think they would want to ship it all the way here anyhow.
Plus, I look nerdy in glasses!

hey j
This was one of the most touching posts I’ve ever read on the internet period, much less MHR or SB Nation.
Please don’t worry about it — we all know, love, and appreciate you, man!
Besides, you weren’t alone. EVERYONE made a much bigger deal out of that issue than it was. Some things just get blown out of proportion by their very nature.
We’re all a bunch of crazy fans, and fans can be passionate and irrational. So, since you’re among the greatest fans the Broncos have, you’re not immune to the craziness! Don’t ever feel like you have to apologize for that!
In good times and bad times, I'm a Bronco fan. Sucka.

I disagree with you j-man on McDaniels being classless however there is no need to apologize for the remark.
You are one of the more respectful bloggers from any fan site and shouldn’t feel any need to retract any comment you make. As for the comment, he was managing the game. kc scored 29 points! Who’s to say they couldn’t come back? Remember Bills-Oilers in the playoffs? Houston was up 35-3 at the half and ended up losing 41-38 in OT. You play for 60 minutes non-stop. Also speaking of classless, how’s about Haley after the game? What an ass-clown. He deserved to be shown up not that McDaniels was doing that.

I always enjoy your forays over to S&BPride, and find your analysis spot on. If you got a little emotional after seeing your team spank the Queefs, it’s all good mang. No need to apoligize.
