Bill is a phenomenal coach…but it is fascinating how poorly his assistants do after leaving, McD included.

At the least, McD will be in incredible O-Coord. thru his career.

Look what he did for Orton, Lloyd, almost everyone involved in our passing game.

He could be sort of the offensive version of Mike Nolan. Great coordinator, but every once in a while someone will try to make him a head coach and their team will bomb.

funny but he really has a point

Bill is a football genious and yet everyone under him is not that good when they leave. He finds a way to keep things together and it may make those under him worse because he does most of the thinking. It sure seemed as though Josh was an offensive mastermind in NE but seemed to lack any creativity in Denver. He couldn’t get things on track consistently to make the offense score points the way it needed to.

There is no I in team.
