A few questions

I have a few questions that I was unsure of, and thought the intelligent football minds here at MHR might be able to answer them...

1. My first question is if there are rules regarding re-trading a player in the NFL? For instance if you were to trade for a player, and then flip him to another team. I will use Kyle Orton as an example because his contract expires soon. I absolutely am against trading him, but it allows for a good example. Quarterbacks are rarely traded within division, as it can come back to bite you in the... well you know. If the Raiders REALLY wanted K.O. could they arrange a back door deal and should Denver trade him to like Arizona, could Arizona re-trade Kyle to Oakland, and net some value there? Again just an example, but I was wondering if this was within NFL rules. Also kind of a sub-point is there a length of time a free agent must be on the roster before being traded like the NBA has?

2. Can a player on IR be traded? Again I will use a Broncos player as an example. Very against trading Chammp, but at the begining of the season had the Broncos wanted to could they have traded Champ for Domonique Foxworth

even though foxworth was already out for the season? Or is there a clause that prevents trading a player on IR. In some ways this makes sense because it would have given a super-bowl contender in Baltimore a play maker, and gave us a younger talent, even if he was out for the 2010 season. I was just wondering if that was even allowed, not by any means saying the Broncos should have made this trade.

3. One last quick one, are coaches contracts tradable within teams? I don't even have an example of this, but just curious if that was an option to a team?
