It's not going to help ticket sales, but word from the meteorology department is that Sunday's Oakland Raiders home game against the Denver Broncos could be played in the middle of one of the biggest storms of the year. NBC Bay Area Weather reports that this weekend's expected storm will be a doozy, and I mean that in the bad way. "Forecast models continue to show measurable rain returning on Friday morning and lasting into at least next Tuesday," says NBC Bay Area weather guru Jeff Ranieri. "There will be several systems (or, areas of "energy") that will produce periods of heavy rain, gusty winds and at times the potential for isolated flooding." That's "several systems" between Friday and Tuesday. The game is at 1:15 p.m. PST on Sunday.
