Wanted to do a fan post but,

I will get blasted form what I have to say. My opinion or grammer would be blasted. But we all have one!

What could of been????????????????? Lets hire a young guy who thinks he is a football god!!! Trade away all of our offensive talent and see what happens. Cutler, Marshall, Hilis, and Scheffler, WTF!!!!!!!!!!! Thank goodness we have the future, Ive been a fan since 1977 and I voiced my opinion when we hired McD. Dont get me wrong Cutler is a head case. but the right hire would of fixed that. We are a few years away, an old D and a young qb who is learning( I LIKE TEBOW SO DONT GET WRONG), we should be winning now! Shanhan had the O in place but screwed up the D. If we dont hire a defensive minded head coach we are screwed for years.

We all know it, so Ill be the guy who takes the bashing, let it rip

Why tie your identity to one opinion? You can still express your opinion under a different sig without seeming to have a raging bias.

Disagree, but not worth bashing.

So much of what is implied above about the circumstances of these changes has been hashed and rehashed so completely that a rant like this, which seems totally unaware of the previous extensive dialogues, simply seems uninformed…. even if the sentiment is real..

Nothing to bash

it is hard to feel good where we are right now and how we got here. But we are here and that is what it is.
We seem to have a bit of hope that we can build on, we have a very high draft pick and we have a few good players on the team.

We are going to have to rebuild ourselves and most importantly we are going to have to rebuild our front office and our coaching staff. We have lots of changes ahead of us.

That can be looked at as very bad or very good depending on which way you see how the glass is filled.

We can rip this team from all the mistakes that have been made since our last super bowl win but that does nothing. So we move forward and hope we can right this ship and I see this as an opportunity and nothing else. It does me no good to look at why we suck because that is very obvious plus it just pisses me off.

We are where we are but we have a great opportunity to fix this team and create an Identity of who we are and what we are going to be and I am ready for that ride.

So, I am not going to bash your post or your opinions because you have every right to feel the way you do but for me it is to damn close to Christmas and I am really tired of being pissed and I have to put all the things that I broke this year back together and that is going to take most of my time.
I don’t want to look backwards anymore only forward and hope we can get back to our winning ways and we will. Just hope we don’t have to wait for ever but it will be what it will be…..

beautifully and truthfully written

An identity has been missing from this team since 2005, and I have to admit (even though I fought for him) Josh McDaniels’ vision for our team wasn’t right. We are the Denver Broncos, we don’t pass 58 times a game, we run the ball down your throat and catch you looking with play action. With Pat Bowlen hopefully coming to his senses and Tim Tebow at the helm, we can reobtain that identity once more.

Even if the new regime decides to pass the ball all day long, like before, I think our new identity should be centered around a ferocious and frightening Defense. When I look at the top ten run D’s in football, I want to see my Broncos right there in the thick of it. I want to see sacks, forced fumbles, defensive TD’s. 3-4 or 4-3, I want to see a defense that’s lost its way over the past few years, rise from the ashes and terrorize Philip Rivers, Darren McFadden, and Dewayne Bowe, for the next decade +. Merry Christmas to all and here’s to our Broncos regaining a lost identity (Tebow is the first step IMO).

I thought for sure I would piss some people off, I was wrong

to the people guessing my age, read the post,“been a fan since 1977”! Do the math. MERRY CHRISTMAS to all. I just had to vent a little. Not to many Broncos fans around Dayton Ohio to vent to.
