Denver will at worst be picking 5th overall.
Now looking at the scenarios Denver should at the very least have the 5th pick in the draft if they win next Sunday against the Chargers. Arizona holds the key to Denver having a better than the fifth pick. If both Buffalo and Cincy win then Denver will be picking third at the very least. Denver could win their game and still have the second overall pick if Buffalo, Cincy, and Arizona win.
So set you minds at ease for fear of Denver dropping to the bottom of the top 10 for next years draft. Denver could win and it wouldn't hurt them in the draft to put them out of the top 5. Go Denver! Go Tebow! Kick the living !@#$% out of the Chargers.
A look at the scenarios
Denver has an edge in the draft scenarios with a weak schedule. The draft order first tie breaker is decided by strength of schedule. The team that faced the weakest schedule drafts higher than the team with the harder schedule. Of all the teams that have a shot at tying Denver in overall record only Arizona has the edge in strength of schedule. There is a slight chance that Dallas and San Francisco could match Denver's strength of Schedule, but s unlikley considering op teams they have played are likley to win in the last week.

Currently Denver holds the number two pick and if they lose Sunday would retain that pick. If Denver wins, however, they go to 5-11 on the season. There are currently 7 teams that are 5-10. Four of the teams play each other which means two will win and two will lose. So at a maximum there will be five teams at 5-11.
Carolina is locked with the first pick even if they win next week.
