A Stanford Mock Draft

Stanford = John Elway = Jim Harbaugh = Andrew Luck

Listening to 87.7 Jeff Legwold said that Denver's #1 choice as a Head Coach is Jim Harbaugh. This along with John Elway joining the Denver Broncos Front Office as soon as next week will bring together 1 former Stanford Player(John) and Coach(Harbaugh).

I also know that John Elway loves Andrew Luck and with Denver drafting at the #2 Spot - Denver will look to trade up and draft Luck. Anyone who doesn't think this is a possiblitity is not realistic. Last year Denver had the 11th Pick and they were scouting Sam Bradford.

John Elway - Front Office - Elway joins The Denver Broncos Front Office.

Jim Harbaugh - Head Coach - Denver hires the hottest new Coach in Jim Harbaugh who played QB in the NFL and has been a excellent head coach.

Trades

Eddie Royal traded to Washington Redskins for a 3rd Round Pick - Santana Moss's contracts up and Shanny wants his player in Royal.

Brady Quinn traded to KC Chiefs for a 5th Round Pick - Quinn get reunited with Charlie Weis and is a big improvement over Brody Croyle (who is winless in the NFL)

Tim Tebow traded to Jacksonville for a 2nd Round Pick - Tebow owns Jacksonville and would be a good backup to Garrard and will maybe eventually take over in a couple years.

Final thoughts

Anyone who thinks that when John Elway joins the Front Office , that he won't be pushing for Jim Harbaugh and Andrew Luck is in denial. Elway loves Harbaugh and Luck and this will factor in with Denver having the 2nd Pick in the draft.

Andrew Luck would immediately know Jim Harbaugh's system and would be way ahead of the game for day 1. He is NFL ready(knows how to take a snap under center and knows how to read Defenses)

Go Broncos
