The Broncos have a great opportunity here....

What would you do if you Bowlen and the Broncos?

As a lifelong fan, I've been at the point of throwing up my hands and saying, "Has Bowlen gone Al Davis or something?"

Lets honestly look at where we are right now...

We, since getting the Super Bowl wins, have been slowly gowing down. We have not been a model franchise, and for the most part, disappointed the fans and Bronco nation as a whole.

The Broncos are in need of a stable, consistant, hard nosed football guy as coach. A guy who can command respect from the players, and put up the correct front for the media and fans.

The Broncos must stick with the defensive philosophy they started recently, and hire a coordinator who will bring out the best of the free agents who we will sign, but more importantly develop the draft picks will will surely get on that side of the ball.

The Broncos have rebuilt the offense already in case you haven't noticed. New QB (Tebow), New center(Walton) and guard/tackle (Beadles), new WR's (Thomas/Decker), new TE(Quinn), new RB (Moreno). Also, Harris, Kuper and Clady have only been here a few years. Next year with Tebow here the Broncos will shift Clady to right side to cover for Tebow, and I think Beadles will take over at left tackle, leaving Harris out. (He's been hurt alot and he's a free agent.

Since Elway is now taking a position, and it appears Xanders is staying along with Ellis, the Broncos should hire Jim Fassel as head coach, and as for the coordinators I would go to Ron Rivera for defense, and Rick Dennison as Offensive/ line coordinator. I actually would prefer Dennison as head coach, but the Broncos maybe should go conservative here. Ron Rivera's defenses has been great in San Diego and I'm sure with all the draft and free agent attention surely going defensive, and the offensive side being pretty much set, he has a chance to build his resume.

Draft and free agent stuff in a couple of days......

What do you think??
