I have a question that I am not sure about. what happens if the owners lockout the players in 2011, or the players strike, or any of those potential situations?

would the draft still Occur? I mean why would the owners sign anyone to a contract, pay them money, knowing they won't be playing football? And what about Free agency, would that still Occur? I mean same reasoning is would Owners (besides Al Davis) spend virtually wasted money on players if there was no realistic possibility of playing football that season?

The last thing I want to see is no Football, but it looks like that could happen. If it does, what then?
