The kid probably realized, after speaking with a lawyer, that he didn’t have a case and decided to drop it. The whole thing sounded shady.

It takes neither courage nor intelligence to cheer for a team only when that team wins. The true test of a fan's mettle is the same as it is for a player: Were you there when you were needed?

Good news on the criminal case.

If the alleged victim hadn’t already ruined the criminal case he certainly did so when/if he said he didn’t think it was worth pursuing.

Moreno could still be on the hook for a civil case but that seems to be weakened as well.

And the moral of the story is…

If this be Hell, let us make the most of it!

^Needs explaining: don't call someone asking uncomfortable, slightly antagonistic questions trolls. In all odds they probably just want to learn. It's real easy to differentiate a 'Socratic' post from a trolling one (unless you're a resident of WCG).
