BEWARE: Draft day of all draft days ahead
I now believe we are not going to hear about any trades until the day before the draft or day of the draft.
It seems to me McX will want to keep their poker faces on and wait until the last minute to trade Marshall and Scheffler.
If I were McX I would do the same. IT WILL WORK AND IT BE BRILLIANT.
Work out as many players as possible and attend all pro days (esp Oklahoma, Nebraska and Tennessee) with an eye on the very top talent.
A couple of days before the draft, start rumors if needed about how Seattle, Miami, Tampa, Jacksonville, Jets and yes, even Detroit are making a huge push to get Marshall. This will make the GMs go nuts since they have probably told their owners that Marshall can be had for peanuts (see Boldin).
Before, I did not believe we would get a #1 (or even wanted a #1 truthfully due to $$). I thought getting a 2nd rd and 4th rd was about as high an offer as we would get. I have seen the future and it is glorious.
Marshall will be traded the day before or on draft day (Thursday) as thousands of Broncos fans will have a coronary.
Result? A 1st rd pick and a starter OR 3 picks in the 1st 4 rds.
McX will be lauded for their shrewdness and most (never all) Bronco fans will be ecstatic and rejoice. The result of the draft will yield us 5 immediate starters (WR, DL, OG, C, ILB) thru the draft or draft day trade and we will look back as this being the greatest draft in Broncos history.
I hope I am right. Please make me blackout until draft day. I cant friggin wait. Happy St Patrick's Day, all.

I hope you're wrong.
About Marshall anyway
Because Montana has no professional sports, I gotta support the land of my birth.
Socrates was once executed for 'trolling'.
^Needs explaining: don't call someone asking uncomfortable, slightly antagonistic questions trolls. In all odds they probably just want to learn. It's real easy to differentiate a 'Socratic' post from a trolling one (unless you're a resident of WCG).
^Needs further explaining: I have yet to post anything on WCG, don't worry, I'm not trying to rationalize anything I've done. I've just lurked over there and man, they are the model of post-peloponnesian war Athens.
Good Post
Thanks O&B. We shall see.

McDaniels' assertion that he could live with Marshall or without him makes very little difference to me.
What does make a difference is what we get out of Marshall, whether in a trade or in production on the field. That’s all that matters! The rest is trivial…
Amen Brother.......................Right on. One way or another we will get full value from Brandon.
C'mon draft! I am ever the optimist! What a fun time of year!
McD hater here!!
however i do respect his decisions even though i dont agree with them,, with that been said,, i think he will do the right thing With MArsh,, he wont let him go cheap, he knows his talent cant be replaced with anyONE guy in this draft. he got a killer deal for Cutler last year, and now has the opportunity to get a better deal with Marsh

Tho WR not going to get a better deal than a QB but
I understand your point and agreee with it. My “vision” is that we get more than ample compensation (all in eye of beholder) for BMarsh.

Derek Anderson is just as much a probowl quarterback as Jay Cutler
I meant that in addition to what we already have...
Would mean a total of 7 picks in 1st 4 rds
