Just wondering why the broncos wouldnt be interested in him?? is he not a good Middle Linebacker for a 3-4 defense? and wouldnt he be cheap,, ??what would we have to give u for him??? i do like the ossibility of drafting McClain but i think hes going to be gone by the 11th pick,, and whats your thoughts on Kevin Curtis? i think we need a McCaffry like receiver back in Denver..................... i dont know which is why im asking?

merriman is an OLB
Unlike a 4-3 scheme, ILB requires a very different skill set from an OLB in a 3-4.

^Needs explaining: don't call someone asking uncomfortable, slightly antagonistic questions trolls. In all odds they probably just want to learn. It's real easy to differentiate a 'Socratic' post from a trolling one (unless you're a resident of WCG).

I think he’s obviously a talented player, but he hasn’t been good since the steroid debacle, so it’s hard to assume he’ll regain form once health isn’t an issue.
1 more reason he won't be in Denver
SD put the 1st and 3rd tender on him I believe. I don’t see Denver making this expensive trade.

Merriman is all about himself and I don’t want a player like that on the Broncos. I mean you saw the whole Tila Tequila situation……he like the attention. Oh and even if SD didn’t put a tender on him, I still would say no.
