Marshall & our 1st round for the 3rd pick in the draft?
I live in tampa and heard on the radio today that the broncos are trying to get the Bucs 3rd overall pick. The offer is our 1st round pick and Marshall. I think both teams win in that scenario. Marshall is from FL. and they need a wideout bad! Are you guys hearing anything from Denver? This would surely size up our front line. McCoy or Suh? Not sure which is a better fit for our 3/4

strange
they’d definitely get either McCoy, Suh, a top QB, or another monster Tackle which would give them flexibility for Ryan Harris…
No way in Hell!!!!
The only way to make this trade is Brandon Marshall and our 1st for the 3rd pick in the draft and Tampa Bay’s 2nd Round pick.
If not Denver is getting SCREWED!!!!
Yeah I can't go for this...
If Bradford is available I could maybe go for it. I’m not interested in giving $30m plus guaranteed to a DL. They may be monsters, but there’s a lot of monsters that have failed at the NFL level.
I don’t mean to say QB is a sure thing, but you can get solid DL other places. To find a franchise QB you almost have to take a risk and draft one high. If it’s not Bradford I"ll be disappointed in anyone that we pick up at #3 so I say no, definitely no, and hell no to this trade.
I'd say the Suh is definitely worth more than bradford or claussen.
he’s more of a sure thing than they are, at this point.
It’s easy enough to identify players who are as talented as Suh (I’m talking about these very rare head-and-shoulders above the rest type of players) as players who will be sucessful at the NFL level.
Suh is the most versatile and dominant prospect I have every seen at his position. there is no one like him. He should be a perennial all-pro and a elite level game-changer at the next level. He’s also a high character player and a leader on the field and in the locker room. He is clearly the best player in this draft.

and
If Suh is available, this trade will pay off. Otherwise, it’s a bad idea. EVEN FOR BRADFORD.

I don't want to give up 1st and BM for ANY player...
I think Suh will be a stud…am I convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt?….no……
BM is a stud. Am I convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt?….yes…..
BM for Suh is a trade I’d look at. BM and the 11 for the 3? no…..
My point isn’t that Bradford is a better prospect than Suh. My point is that DL can be found through other means. FA, trades, etc. Franchise QBs are rarely traded and even more rarely found in FA. All I’m saying is that if we get a pick that high I’d be upset if we did anything other than take a shot at a franchise QB. I like Orton, and I’m open to the idea of Quinn….but neither has the upside of Bradford.
Our 1st pick is too close
to the top ten picks. We would need more than just their #3 pick especially if we are throwing Marshall into the mix. Our 1st and Marshall for their 1st ,3rd and 4th picks maybe.
An interesting idea
I think it only works if Suh falls, Suh is a dominate guy, a badder ass version of Richard Seymour. I think if you can get the best player in the draft and deal Marshall, may be worth the price.

Abide, the dude does. Know you not, but comfort in that I take.
Yes.
He reminds me of Ed Reed. The thought that he’ll likely go to the Chiefs makes me poop myself in fear. The thought of him in a Broncos jersey makes me poop myself for entirely different reasons.

Seriously though, I sincerely doubt that this trade will ever happen, but what about BMarsh and our second rounder for Tampa’s 3rd overall pick… We’d end up with two picks in the top 11, and Tampa would get their wideout and still have two picks in the top 45 picks….?
Personally though, I still think that if we’re going to do business on Marshall, the Seattle #6 pick looks about as good as we dare hope for…let’s hope the next few weeks see some more interest in him from other teams. Simple economics and all that – supply and demand = price…..

Why pay $60 million $25m guaranteed
when that same amout of money will put two to three starters in the lineup?
Just not feasible. McX will NOT pay one player when it is a team game.
RUMOR RUMOR RUMOR
Better Trade
Get Tampa’s two seconds then trade the second pick in round 2 #10 to Arizona along with Scheffler for the 26th in the first (Pouncey). We would still have the 3rd and 13th pick in round two.
How could Suh be worth Brandon Marshall and our 1st?
Brandons worth more to any team right now than any draft pick? draft pick means POTENTIAL, Brandon’s the REAL deal! I wouldnt go for that deal on any level. Gotta get more than that for him. As for Claussen, why would you want him…You have Brady Quinn…Claussen is Brady “Lite”. Check out their mutual stats? Brady was better and more successful…As for Suh, he’s good, so is Berry, but they’re no where close to BM. I say keep him, and let’s watch him make 5-6 more probowls….

If this trade did go down
I’d be seriously worried about the future of this football team
You probably get this a lot. This isn't the real Caesar's Palace is it?....Did Caesar live here?
You know where I wanna go? I'll tell you where. Someplace warm. A place where the beer flows like wine. Where beautiful women instinctively flock like the salmon of Capistrano. I'm talking about a little place called Aspen
This just seems so outlandish
That there cannot be anyway this should be taken seriously. IT flies in the face of all logic. Atleast for my views of logic and player values.
But yes, I do worry myself.
