Dez Bryant at Pacman's workout?
I know the source may be questionable (profootballtalk.com). However just the thought that this guy tried defending himself saying that all those things said about him were false and that he only surrounds himself with good people, was never late to practices and games just went down the drain. Does this guy even have a clue? You tell peoplethat you surround yourself with good people and your at Pacman's workouts? Are you freakin' kidding me. Whatever knuckle head team takes this guy better hope be buys a clue with all that money they give him or people are gunna think TO is a saint after Dez's career is done. Add all that to fact that many think he hates going up the middle and probably won't block hard in the running game and I throwup at the the thought of us taking him. McX has gotta be smart enough to see right through this guy. Williams at #11 !!

I didn't read the article, but he has already put himself on a downward sled after lying to the NCAA.
From what I have been told his meeting with Deion Sanders wasn’t against the rules, but he lied to them after being questioned about it. If a prospect is going to lie at that level why wouldn’t he lie at the next? Dez Bryant seems to be his worst own enemy and his stock level is slipping for it. he will probably be taken somewhere in the first round, but I have serious doubts it will be early and it will be a team who will keep a harness on him and not let him be the showboat he wants to be.
That dude has bad news written all over him
Whether EVERY rumor about him is true, there’s too much smoke to suggest there won’t be a fire in his future. Too high risk and I will curse in church if we draft him.
I'm glad we had this talk. -- TJ Johnson

I heard from a Friend of a Friend of a friend of a friend of some guy that he knows
That none of us have any idea what we are talking about when it comes to Dez Bryant. How many teams passed on Dan Marino, Randy Moss and Adrian Peterson and I’m sure many more because of some rumor. I’m not the biggest Bryant Fan because I think he is immature but that doesn’t mean that if the Broncos take him I’d jump off the first bridge. Dan Williams is in no way a can’t miss prospect. The only difference between him and another young player we have on our team is that he’s not on out team (yet). Potential is all in your imagination.
i wasn't aware
that Marino or Peterson had character issues coming out of college…. and that is what is being discussed here
I've said all along....
Out of all the possible first round scenarios I’ve seen…..Dez Bryant is the only one that I would really be upset with…
Whoever decides to pick him..... they better be careful.
If Taylor Swift were to try and tackle me, I'd let her.

Viking Fan here
I’m reminded of Randy Moss who was expected to be a top 10 but fell to the late first round to the Vikings. Everyone knew his talent. Everyone questioned his character. Except Denny Green, the Viking coach. And Green had Chris Carter on board to tutor the young rookie.
I think you have to trust your coach. I see NO evidence that your coach wants any part of a character issue WR. But I see the bigger issue being that Dez has shown speed in his previous games but no real ability to have run and learned the pro offense route tree. This would be a red flag to me if he was of high character.
My final point is that you don’t have a Chris Carter to mentor him.
Winning is not everything but it sure feels like it sometimes
