RG2247's Mock Draft 3.0 ( Mid FA period)

Lots of wheelin & dealin going on. Thought I would try a mock in the middle of it.

1st we'll go with trades :

1. BMarsh to the Seahawks for #14 & 4th rounder ( approx. # 106 )

2. T. Sheffler to the Browns for a 5th ( approx. # 138 ). We get no initial offers, but Cleveland has 3 5th rounders, & we agree to their 1st one ( through Detroit ).

3. P. Hillis to the Texans for a 6th ( approx. # 192 ).

Now for other FA signings.

I really like Dan Williams but with the signing of Justin Bannon for NT do you think Denver will still draft him??? Maybe at DE but I don’t think that we will draft him now.

And the fact that you have Denver picking up Dwan Edwards too at DE.

But who knows. I do like him very much.

That was my thinking. Bannon at DE. I also think that Williams will need some seasoning. It seems to me that McD doesn’t like to throw in the rookies right away. Although, I would hope that a #11 overall pick wouldat least contribute some

From what I have seen & read, the D-Line positions take more time to develop, than a RB or CB.

I once tossed the sheets with Miss Teen Mini-Cassia (the county I lived) when I was in school

But only once. Doesn’t really make me the odds-on favorite to tackle a beauty queen permanently, or even ever again. The talent on Baltimore’s line is so great that it can potentially hide mistakes and make good players look better.

Bannon’s had success at different positions playing behind elite players, which is a definate plus, but that doesn’t make him odds-on favorite to permanently play at that same level, at that same ubber important position. It’s iffy, could go either way. For me, I think he shot his wad at NT and will now play DG for us.

He might be great in the lesser position, versus being good at a position he once did well at.

Don’t have pics, more than ten years ago. Mini-Cassia is a dual county deal anyway – Cassia County and Minidoka County combined – only about 30k live there, though, so it’s not like I dated Miss America =) Might have better luck under Minidoka, cuz she lived in Rupert, course then you’d need the name =)

FINALLY!

the first mock that has the real value of tony scheffler. i think that is right on. however i am now worried we won’t get a first rounder out of b marsh and am worried we won’t sign him. i think they are going to take a 2nd and a 4th and maybe a player. not that im happy about this but just what i think will happen. i see silver lining that the 6th pick of the 2nd isn’t to bad. and i thnk both FO and Bmarsh want Bmarsh gone.
and i would be pumped if everything went down the way you have it. nice post

I really believe that if we don’t get the right value for him, he will be a Bronco. I don’t think McD is going to give him away, just to be rid of him.
