Colleague Mike Tirico bumped into Brandon Marshall after the wide receiver returned to Denver. Marshall said the visit was great. Marshall also said he sitll very open to staying in Denver and would not be surprised if this process lasts until the NFL draft.

I have a feeling this will likely be a draft day trade
"Me fail english, that unpossible" - Ralph Wiggum
"Duffman is thrusting in the direction of the problem" - Duffman
"Good, bad, I'm the guy with the gun" - Ash from Army of Darkness
"H.I., you're young and you got your health, what you want with a job?" - Evelle from Raising Arizona
"It happens sometimes. People just explode. Natural causes." - Agent Rogersz from Repoman
i dont know if its just me....
But i really hope we keep Brandon and don’t trade for a unproven draftee
I don't have a problem with Marshall on the team and there aren't that many Top wideouts in the league, so we would be losing IMO.
If he left that is. Brandon Marshall is a #1 pick WR in the draft type of talent, but his attitude and issues part of him are 4th-UFA as far as I’m concerned. Would I love to see Brandon Marshall in Blue&Orange for years to come? Heck yes and so would a lot of other people…
You are sooo correct!
His off field issues seem to be staying away, wwich means he is growing up. His on field antics are a result of his desire to be traded, and by traded I mean paid. I strongly believe if we pay him what he is worth (like Bolen said he would) the rest is a done deal, and his bust will be in canton as a Bronco 20 years from now.

If this is the extent of the offseason drama this year
I think I will be happy.
Character may be manifested in the great moments but it is made in the small ones -- Philip Brooks
Drama will ensue no matter what...
The fan-base is so polarized right now that there is nothing that the current Broncos staff can do that will not generate criticism. Expect to hear much wailing, gnashing of teeth, and school-yard name-calling in mid-April when the Broncos don’t draft exactly who everyone thinks they should.

What was that song? 'We ain't seen nothin' yet' by Bachman, Turner, Overdrive?
There is no Cutler drama this year and the Marshall and Scheffler problems pale to that, I think we are over the imaginary hump of mediocrity and on our way the show. Don’t know when we’ll get there but the team is in better shape than when Shanny left it and that’s a good thing…Right?

I'd still take Shanny's team with Cutler thankyou very much!
In a hot second!
But I’m looking forward to McX making me eat crow on that comment.

I hope we keep him
he is game changer and gives defenses a match up problem. No draft pick would give us as much value as BMARS does.

Bumped!
Tirico didn’t just bump into Brandon Marshall, it’s not like they were both at the super market. More like Tirico saw him at the Nuggets game and made a point to chat with him. I don’t have a problem with it I thought it was just funny they way it was presented.

For someone that "hates the city of Denver"
anyone else think it’s a good sign he was at a Nuggetts game??
Well, it's worth noting the sentence he used after that one.
“Why aren’t you guys out looking for Williams’ killer?”
He was obviously frustrated over being arrested at the time, drunk (he was arrested for DUI during that statement), and emotional over the death of DWill. Obviously, he still fights with that emotion to this day, as his testimony has revealed, but I am not sure that he truly “hates Denver”, today. Remember, that was in October of 2007. This is almost two and a half years later.
I’m not sure how much should be read into that statement after 2 and a half years have passed.
If Taylor Swift were to try and tackle me, I'd let her.
