I Hate Mocks buuuuuuut
I can't help myself. Mostly because I'm not seeing what I expect to see. This will be short and sweet. No trades, Just the picks. Ok I take that back I'm adding a fith round pick.
Rounds 1- Brian Bulaga OL
I dont know how it happens but it does. The big scary boy is sitting there when its our turn. CJj Spiller went early as well as McClain. Oakland does something strange like Sergio Kindle and there ya have it. It doesn't EVER go as planned and here is my wild card.
Round 2- Kareem Jackson CB
We need depth. We need youth. Solid tackler. Strong at the line of scrimmage and started all but 1 game of the 41 games he played. Asked for his grade from the NFL Advisory Committee, but didn't read it upon receiving it. Jackson gave the unopened envelope to Nick Saban to hold until after the BCS National Championship game so that the contents wouldn't be a distraction.
Round 3- Mike Johnson OL
Was the unquestioned leader of the offensive line that opened the way for Heisman Trophy winner Mark Ingram. His 41 consecutive starts (and Alabama record 54 games played) have been split between all four exterior line positions, with the majority coming at left guard (24) and right tackle (10).
Round 4- Brandon Spikes ILB
The unquestioned quaterback of the Florida defense. Don't worry to much about his decline in production. I see it as teams accounting for him and his teammates benefiting from it.
Round 5- Dezmon Briscoe WR
One of the most unrecognized deep threats in college football, he has produced 219 receptions during his career (second in school history), with 49 of those catches resulting in gains of 20 yards or longer. The school's record-holder for touchdown receptions, 100-yard receiving performances and receiving yardage, Briscoe finished his career fourth in Big Twelve Conference history with his 31 scoring grabs and 3,240 aerial yards.
Round 6- Mike Neal DT
When finally receiving the chance to start the past two seasons, he accumulated 68 tackles, 21.5 for loss and 11 sacks. Not bad for "One of the more underrated three-technique defensive tackles in the country, Neal did not even earn honorable mention honors from Big Ten coaches (though he did from the league's media members) despite drawing double-team blocking and generally being a thorn in the side of offensive linemen all season."
Round 7- Deji Kareem RB
Runs with suddenness and raw power, as he can just as easily elude or run through tacklers. He shows outstanding acceleration in the open field. With his superb body control, he can readily adjust on the move when trying to avoid. He shows above average balance, flexibility, agility and quickness, along with the sudden burst to instantly reach top end speed. His initial burst is evident, but it is his jitterbug, stop/start action that sets him apart from most backs. He has above average vision, quickly anticipating the coverage and generates very good acceleration in the second level. With his extraordinary speed, he has the ability to cut on a dime and stop-&-start with ease, displaying that special ability needed in an outside running threat

I have an opinion on both Haden and Spikes "slow" forty times
I’ll address it in a fanpost tommorrow.
Who is Mock, and
what’s wrong with his anatomy? :)
Heck, this year’s draft is the biggest grab-bag I have ever seen. One can make a case for so many different picks that I am just waiting for the real thing. This mock neglects the WR position (we don’t have a 5th, do we?), so we keep BM or draft /trade for WR with whatever he brings in recompense, I guess.
Ya your right.
We dont have a 5th. Lets just say magic happens and we have one pick in each round. Marshall is still with the team.
Great little mock
But doesn’t this site have way too many mocks anyways?
I am a bear of very little brains and big words bother me.
Nice but I believe like Skotty above that we will draft a Center somewhere along the trail.
How many did we bring in for private meetings, 5 or 6?
Love Mike Neal From Purdue
earlier in the draft evaluation process he was more of a 3-4 round gye but his stock has sliped. Lots of the time I think scouts out think themselves and pay to much attention to the combine. Neal would be a great pick up in the 6th and will make a solid 5-tech.
