2010 NFL Schedule to be released TONIGHT!
Just a reminder that the 2010 NFL Schedule will be released tonight at 7PM et. Be sure to join us here at MHR to talk about the Broncos schedule. To me, it officially turns the page from what happened last season to what could happen this season.
We do know who the Broncos will play in 2010, and we know that Denver will face the San Francisco 49'ers in London on October 31st. That means we know the BYE Week will be the following Week, November 7th.
NFL.com ranks the Broncos schedule as the 24th hardest - mainly because a team like Tennessee struggled so much last season, I'd assume.
Here are the Broncos opponents for next season -

Lombardi had a good write up
about how to look at the schedule. See where the last 8 games of the season are (how tough and where) and see how the rest of the division is during that time too.
I’ll take Baltimore, Chargers and Chiefs away games early this coming year.

Really hope we wipe the floor with the 49ers..
Would be great to get a win in my first live Broncos game.
Also hope we clean sweep SD this year.. man that team annoys me!
i see
AT LEAST 8 wins there. i think 10 will get us a playoff birth. Lets surprise some fools in the playoffs!
Please not Jax when it's hot here
Late Oct would be perfect for me to go to the game.
Owning the Patriots since September 9, 1960
CA-AZ
I live in LA. but i also have family in Arizona, so I will be going to both games. at SD and at AZ. Cant wait! Go broncos!

I'd laugh if I weren't so scared.

We'll beat Indy, Bal, and NYJ,
but lose to Tenn, St. Louis, and Seattle.

Well,
we get the J-E-T-S and Colts at home, but we have to go to Baltimore. Ugh, I kind of hope that game is early in the season. That schizo Titans team could be tough on the road, and so could Arizona. I’m with whoever said I hope we don’t play the Jags when it’s muggy and hot in Florida. This could shape up to be a nasty schedule, so I’m gonna go with a conservative 13-3, baby!
Hmm sounds like a PERFECT time for...
some MHR radio.

Baltimore
I am hoping the Baltimore game is in September. It is beautiful here in the Fall and M&T Stadium is a great place to watch a game. If it is in September, I am going to try to talk family into flying in from Denver.
Baltimore will be a great test of whether the Broncs have gotten deeper in the trenches.

Let's Play
the Ravens in September. Both Denver and Baltimore should be legitimate AFC contenders and I’d rather gain a win over them early which will help in postseason positioning. The Ravens are class acts. Michael Oher of Blindside fame and others on the team are really good people. Of course, the Broncos will win!

Speak for yourself
I don’t see how we go from 8 – 8 with a really tough schedule last year to 6 – 10 and a much easier schedule this year.
You feeling okay j-man? I think you’ve been spending way too much times hanging out with the chargers and chief’s fans.

You know j-man I never figured you for a pessimistic fellow..
One thing we can all agree on is, we just upgrade our DLine across the front 3…That might equal a game or two and with the draft we should pick up some great talent to solidify the offense. Kyle Orton and the offense should be better in being on the same page and playing to win instead of playing to catch up…
I'd love for the Broncos to play 52 games a year.....
……….but since that will never happen, I’ll just enjoy the 19 games this season.
If Taylor Swift were to try and tackle me, I'd let her.

I HATE playing SD in the last game.

Hopefully McD and his power running
can keep us from getting manhandled by the damn jags again. With our “lighter, faster” Shanahan players, we regularly got mauled by the Jags. Our guys looked like rag dolls.
