Sound familiar?
For the second time in as many years, the Denver Broncos have signed veteran linebacker Nick Greisen. Greisen, 30, has experience with numerous NFL teams, and is considered one of the best special teams players in the game when healthy.
In 2009, Greisen was injured in training camp shortly after it got started, and missed the entire season. After a workout with the Broncos yesterday, the coaching and medical staff is obviously convinced Greisen's season ending injury is behind him, at least for the most part, as he passed a physical with the team and signed a contract today.
Per ESPN.com, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
