Well as a Sports Psychologist....
I’m a licensed Mental health Professional. I help athletes improve their performance and focus.I work with sports players (right now mainly college and high school players….I have not hit the big time yet. :) to help them identify their challenges, work through difficult times, and set goals.
Also currently I have been working on how music directly effects athletes. (I wrote a fan-shot about that when I was still known as Dmaul42.. lol)

No way Im taking that bet!
Tim Tebow might be the first player ever signed that actually PAYS the team just so he can play football!
Seriously, I feel like he would play for a sack of magic beans and a teaspoon of fairy dust…
Haha I can see that happening!
Tebow: Please Mr. Xanders! Take the money and sign me to a contract! I need to get out there on the field!!"
Xanders whispers to Pat Bowlen, “What do I do?”
Bowlen: “I don’t know! I’ve never been in this situation before. I guess take the money and sign him.”
McD: Yeah! All were trying to do is win a MF’n game!!!

Does anyone think that there is a chance a Demaryius Thomas or Tebow deal gets done sometime later this evening?
"I used to fight the pain, but recently this became clear to me: pain is not my enemy; it is my call to greatness."

Tebow will be first....
But Thomas should be first… Dez got his deal already. All they have to do I give him a little better deal than what Dez got and he should be signed

Thomas and Tebow are left
Come on let’s get these guys taken care of.
Floyd Little: HOF Class of 2010.
2009-10 back-to-back NBA Champions L.A Lakers
2009-10 NBA Finals MVP Kobe Bryant
For all the uncertainty looming over next year...
they seem to be flying through these signings! I cant remember a year where we had this many players signed so early before training camp.
I had my doubts about Xanders and McDaniels inability to handle the draft process last year, but they havent given me one thing to complain about so far…Im impressed! Go McX!!!
I had my doubts last season as well.
But I think that the major difference this year is that they had a whole year to prepare! I think that it made a world of a difference.
But like you I have been very Impressed with the Job that Brian Xanders has done. With all the “dead weight money” that the Broncos owe, it is a wonder that Xanders is able to continually sign key FAs and sign all the draft picks!
From all of us here at MHR, we salute you Mr. Xanders!!

More then likely....
but I’m not to sure.

I read an article
I forget which one, that said the dead money is gone.
"Surprised to see you, Captain, though pleased." — from Star Trek episode Space Seed.
Okay, well then that would help explain
How we were able to pick up all these FAs and sign all these draft picks.

things are getting
off to a good start this season. Seems like a good draft on paper, a good locker room should be set and young guys are on good pace to get everyone in camp on time.
For the record not as worried with Tebow signing as he’s not expected to start this year. Missing a week of training camp should be to big a deal of a year of practice and bench learning.
Bay Bay we need now. Come on Bay follow Decker across the starting line

The numbers are in, EJ
