With the lack of a proven pass rush a possibility in 2010 do the Broncos make a trade? The Broncos nemesis is Phillip Rivers and this year they will be facing some other good QB's as well (Manning, Flacco, Schaub) so pressuring the QB is a must. If the Broncos feel that they can contend in 2010 do they trade a starting CB for a pass rusher? If this were too occur what would our defense be like in 2011 with Doom on one side and another proven pass rusher on the other side. What is more important good CB's or a strong pass rush. Where am I going with this, read what Rotoworld just put out. Interesting topic to discuss.
Ravens GM Ozzie Newsome said he has not been contacted or made any calls to the Broncos regarding acquiring one of their cornerbacks. The Baltimore Sun's Mike Preston mentions Champ Bailey and Andre Goodman as possible Ravens targets. It's not known if the Broncos have made any of their corners available, but the two teams do seem like possible trade partners, as Denver has an abundance of corners and needs help at outside linebacker, while the Ravens have plenty of outside linebackers but need help at corner. Preston says the Ravens will sign another corner before Week 1 if they're unable to trade for one.
