Because NFL teams care about what I think.
|
Rank |
2009 Record | Last Week | Team | Comments |
| 1 | 2-0 | 1 | Saints | The offense hasn't been putting up as many points as expected, but the Defense is better. The Saints were able to withstand a hard punch by a desperate 49ers team that played very well. |
| 2 | 2-0 | 4 |
Texans |
Houston has the confidence of world beaters right now. They beat the Indy and then go intoa hostile Washington environment and pull off the comeback win. |
| 3 | 1-1 | 5 | Colts | Manning bowl wasn't worth the buzz. The Colts look to be unbeatable at home. |
| 4 | 2-0 | 2 | Packers | Aron Rodgers and co. are doing their part, but the first real test of the defense comes next week at Chicago. |
| 5 | 1-1 | 8 | Jets | It only took Mark Sanchez six quarters to remember how to lead an offense. |
| 6 | 1-1 | 6 | Patriots | New England lost steam in the second half when Revis came back. Revis 1, slouch 0. Oh and Brady needs to cut his hair. He isn't Sampson for crying out loud. |
| 7 | 1-1 | 12 |
Bengals |
Cincy bounces back with their home opener reembling the teamt that wonthe division last year. |
| 8 | 1-1 | 3 | Ravens | A stout defense, but the QB Joe Flacco doesn't seem to be able to take the next level. |
| 9 | 1-1 | 13 | Chargers | San Diego looked like the team that everyone knows. Rivers has that offense playing at a high level without V-Jax |
| 10 | 2-0 | 18 | Bears | Jay Cutler is the number one rated QB in the country. 5 TDs to 1 INT. The Bears are the third rated passing team in the NFL. Who needs a running game? |
| 11 | 2-0 | 16 | Dolphins | What a huge win for Miami. The AFC East will be a hard fought division. |
| 12 | 2-0 | 17 | Steelers | The defense is awesome. They don't even need a QB. Just run wildcat all day. Even though everyone is ready to put tham on pedistal remember that they haven't scored an offensive touchdown in regular game play. |
| 13 | 1-1 | 9 | Redskins | Mike Shanahan might be looking for a new kicker. The offense goes off, but can't close the deal. |
| 14 | 0-2 | 7 | Vikings | Minnesota is having a hard time generating touchdowns. To their credit they have faced two very good teams in New Orleans and Miami who are both 2-0 and were within a score to win. |
| 15 | 2-0 | 21 | Cheifs | KC had a quality win over the Chargers and then was able to go on the road for a close game against Clevland. The defense is looking good and keeps this team in games. |
| 16 | 1-1 | 20 | Jaguars | The Jags went into a ticked off San Diego stadium and reaped the wrath of Philip Rivers. |
| 17 | 1-1 | 22 | Broncos | Denver put a beat down on a horrible Seattle team. Denver is a soild team and will take advantage of poor teams like this who turn the ball over. They did lose week 1 against a Jags team that got torched on the road. Thier reward for a dominating win, a nice easy game against Peyton Manning and the Colts. |
| 18 | 1-1 | 23 | Falcons | What a great bounceback win after getting held out of the endzone in Pitt. |
| 19 | 0-2 | 10 | Cowboys | The play calling and O-line is what is killing this team right now. They could easily be 2-0 with their talent. |
| 20 | 1-1 | 15 | Eagles | This team needs to find it's identity. They barely beat a Detroit team with out their starting QB. Vick played well, but the defense got smoked. |
| 21 | 1-1 | 11 | Titans | Turnovers killed this team. They had a shot to win, but should hav benhced Yong earlier. He just isn't cut out to be an NFL QB. |
| 22 | 1-1 | 14 | Giants | Big Blue is not as great as the MAS media wanted to make them out to be after beating a poor Carolina team. Nothing like playing Peyton Manning to bring you back to reality. |
| 23 | 2-0 | 25 | Buccaneers | Yes they are 2-0. However, they hav beat basement dwellers in ST. Louis and Cleveland. |
| 24 | 1-1 | 19 | Seahawks | Seattle's true colors were shown against Denver. |
| 25 | 1-1 | 24 | Cardinals | Sloppy: one who majors in slop. |
| 26 | 0-2 | 26 | Lions | Detroit is a scrappy team that has been robbed two weeks in a row. Don't Stop. Believing. Woahooah |
| 27 | 1-1 | 32 | Raiders | You beat St. Louis. Wohoo! |
| 28 | 0-2 | 27 | Rams | Bradofrd makes this team better. He will get his first win soon. |
| 29 | 0-2 | 29 | 49ers | Almost beat the champs. This loss could spiral the team out of control after a loss like this. |
| 30 | 0-2 | 28 |
Browns |
Cleveland is about to go on their annual beatdown tour through their division. Baltimore, Cincy, and Pitt in their next four games. |
| 31 | 0-2 | 30 | Bills | I want to put this team in last, but they have only lost to good teams so far. |
| 32 | 0-2 | 31 | Panthers | If you lose 20-7 against the Bucs you deserve to be here. |
