A Call to Arms - Our Fans ARE the Key

There are many things the Denver Broncos can do this weekend to beat the Colts. We can stop the run. We can run the ball, execute on offense and keep Peyton off the field. We can pressure Peyton, hit him and cover well. All of these things are common knowledge.

As I watched JMac's presser today, however, it occurred to me that WE, as fans, could hold the key to this week's contest. We all know the following:

1) Mile High light or, as you may refer to it, Invesco Field at Mile High is not the loudest environment in the NFL.

2) No QB audibles at the line of scrimmage as much as Peyton Manning.

Nothing can disrupt Peyton's ability to check plays and communicate at the line of scrimmage more effectively than us, the fans. So I pose this challenge to all of you who are going to the game (no I'm not going b/c I live in Kansas City and went last week), GET LOUD! Get in Peyton's head! Don't stop when he makes big plays - because he will. If you guys quiet down as soon as they get going, which I've noticed happens at Invesco at times, he'll slice and dice our defense as if we were in Indy. Make it tough on him and show him that the Mile High magic lives on!
